Beautiful large Beach Front House

Enjoy waking up from any bedroom with a view of the ocean. Have your coffee on the balcony of your bedroom or downstairs in a large den full of Windows with ocean views. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs that share a balcony with an unobstructed view of the Ocean. Downstairs has a wall of windows that also has an unobstructed view of the Ocean. The house is located in an upscale subdivision in Crystal beach. In Crystal beach you can rent golf carts to drive on the beach which is why I chose Crystal beach instead of Galveston.

The living room has an 85" TV, surround sound and high-speed internet for movies/games. Designed as a 2-story duplex with separate entrances, decks, A/C and sound proofing, the Airbnb is the 1000 sq ft 1st floor. The 2nd floor is for the owners who travel frequently and is never rented. If present they're usually invisible. EV charging available.

A spacious wooden deck offers an unobstructed view of the ocean and beach. The horizon showcases a textured sky filled with clouds, while the calm waves gently lap against the shore. This area invites relaxation and enjoyment of the surrounding natural beauty.

House literally on beach, Unobstructed Beach View

The property is literally on the beach with easy access to the beach! Romantic walks on the beach are right out the door! Our beach is safer for kids and quieter due to no cars allowed on the beach area in front of our house! Large deck is perfect to enjoy the beautiful unobstructed view and listen to the peaceful sound of the waves. Nine windows of ocean views in the living room -- watch the waves w/ indoor comfort! The downstairs area features a custom bar with seating, large family picnic table and an outdoor shower. There is also a grill and fish cleaning station. Provide both satellite TV and WiFi. DOG FRIENDLY!!!
