Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

Just blocks from Historic Downtown Strand area, UTMB, restaurants and one mile from the Beach.

You'll find all the tools needed to cook or grill *out, then enjoy a nice meal inside or **out, and we have all the toys and accessories needed for the perfect beach day, less than a mile away. Perfect for families and small children/infants.
