Awesome incredible place overall - loved the space and the total bedroom to bathroom ratio was really nice. One side note, I would recommend just adding the hot tub price into the total advertised price - just for a cleaner overall description of what your getting instead of an add on later

If your looking for and excluded get away with plenty of privacy but near the lake this is the best place to kick back and hang out. The host were very accommodating and took care of all our needs you should definitely check it out!! 🙂

My husband and I had an amazing stay! Check-in was a seamless process and Jan was always quick to respond to any questions we had. The cabin is tastefully decorated, perfectly placed among trees and next to a flowing creek. We enjoyed hiking at Eagle Mountain Park (a quick drive away) and dinner in downtown Fort Worth. We both highly recommend if you need a place to stay in the Ft Worth area.

What an amazing place to stay! We stayed over Thanksgiving and it was close enough to Ft. Worth to visit friends and Granbury where we had some work to do the next couple of days. Super peaceful and comfortable! Wish we had more time to be able to explore the ranch! The shower was fantastic and I was determined to use the hot tub even though it was cold outside! Really unique experience staying in a safari tent. I highly recommend it!

5 stars! What an amazing and beautiful property! From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the peaceful atmosphere and stunning scenery. There was always something to do — from fishing to exploring the grounds, we never ran out of ways to relax and enjoy our time. My son fell in love with fishing here — it quickly became the highlight of his trip! One of our favorite daily rituals was feeding animal crackers to the sweetest donkey, Hank. We also loved spending time with the friendly dogs, Lucky and Scout — their company made the stay feel even more like home. Davis was an exceptional host — kind, welcoming, and extremely accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. You can truly tell he puts his heart into this place. We were genuinely sad to leave, but we’ll absolutely be booking again. This property is a hidden gem and already holds a special place in our hearts.

It was very private and cozy, and the hot tub was amazing. It was also in the perfect location to go to either Granbury or Glen Rose.

Absolutely loved our stay! Perfect location, secluded feel but close enough to everything. Sunflower cabin was as described and perfect! We will be back!

What a beautiful little hideaway on Granbury Lake! Clean and pristine! I LOVE the decor! It was adorable and so well put together! The beds were WONDERFUL! SUPER comfy!! So much that I had to ask where she got them so I could get one myself! Loved the soaking tub as well as the hot tub. The view of the lake is wonderful—really adds to the peaceful setting. The fire pit was a fun way to end the day. We enjoyed our meals on the deck, though you might want to bring some bug repellent and citronella candles or torches to repel bugs and mosquitoes, as you’re at the lake with lots of typical wildlife and water around you. It’s also close to the town square as well as groceries. We personally had Amazon and Walmart deliver groceries and other items. I honestly was impressed how quickly aforos got back to us when we had questions—even late at night—I kind of felt bad for her to be so on call all the time—she is really devoted to making sure your stay is wonderful! I look forward to next time!

We stayed here for a Rocker B tournament. It was a convenient location to get to and from the ranch. Fit our family of 4 well. Quiet and easy to find. Would stay again!

Cute little place. Our first stay in a tiny home and it was a neat experience. It was peaceful which was exactly what we were looking for. I loved the books that were available in the cabin, they were just perfect. The town was adorable.

Mike’ place was excellent! Pictures do not do it justice, we were there for Mother’s Day and took my mom fishing near by. The home is cowboy country and so cute! The place has lots of outdoor space, the views are breathtaking. The Kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need to prepare a meal. The fire pit was an excellent way to sit under the stars and enjoy nature a calls of wine and great company. My 13 year old daughter and her friend enjoyed the horse shoe pit as well. The only problem was…. We wanted to stay longer! Thank you for hosting us!!

We had a great time . The hostess was very responsive and friendly. We enjoyed all the amenities - especially the big dock and kayaks! The space was small - but perfect for a weekend away with my husband ! Highly recommended 😁

Awesome stay! Very peaceful cabin in a beautiful location. We enjoyed fishing in the river! Lots of room inside, and the AC blew nice and cold for the hot days.

Great place to stay on the lake. The house was very comfortable. We had a fishing tournament & the ramp was really close.

Relaxing, peaceful, beautiful, loved the private lake & all the fishing we got to do! Loved petting the donkeys ! The barge was great to take out on lake , we had a great time fishing from it! Her husband came to check on us, see if we needed anything at all, brought his sweet granddaughter too! Very nice people . We have been to many lake houses but this was just a gem because it was private. No loud boats , parties or people drinking like you normally see on a lake. .. it was just us , nature & wildlife! It’s a special place that we will keep going back to . Also, it’s only 1 1/2 hours away from our house and that’s a big plus! Also, town is only 15 minutes away and the people are so nice in Stephenville. Restaurants are GREAT!! We ate at Greer’s 3 times & the Peacock was very good too! 5 minutes from the lake house is B&B country store if you don’t want to travel into town. We made many wonderful memories & will make many more there!

Came to the area to fish. Poor WiFi connection. However, that was overcompensated with the place being clean, quiet, comfortable, great water pressure. We really enjoyed the fishing pier and Adirondack seating RIGHT outside. Overall, a very nice “glamping” experience for the family.

My weekend escape to Keepsake Ranch was an absolutely phenomenal Texan experience! This new property is a hidden gem, impeccably designed with every imaginable comfort and spectacular sunrises and sunsets. The peaceful presence of cows, along with sightings of rabbits and armadillos, truly immersed me in the local landscape. It's clear that the owner has poured her heart and soul into creating this incredible sanctuary, and her hard work shines through in every detail.

The house was just as aspected! The back patio is a great place to spend the evening and the fishing is great off the dock at night. It’s located just a short drive or boat ride to the hungry fox and possum hollow. It’s off Broadway so you don’t have to worry about to rough of waves even on the windiest days. We will definitely be back! The host was proactive and made checking in and out easy!

We came for a baseball tourney at Rocker B. Loved everything about this place. Very kid friendly. Fishing ponds a PLUS!! We loved the furry friends Aspen & Oakley. Highly recommended.

This is a wonderful stay! I love all the work Michelle and her husband did to make this place special! Definitely recommend a stay at her place! Very very convenient to a winery and to town.

We had booked a rental on August 18th to another cabin in the area for 8/31/24 - 9/4/24 and was extremely looking forward to leaving for our get away. The day before we were to leave, we get a call from airbnb to cancel due to HVAC being faulty. Due to holiday weekend, wasn't counting on being able to find something available this late, however, after deep prayer, God led us to Carolyn's place & this was exactly where God meant us to be. It was sooo peaceful, quiet & we couldn't have asked for better accomodations. The cabin was fully furnished with just about everything we needed. We had to make a run to Walmart to pick up some wash cloths as we only found towels for bathing/showering. We picked up some hand soap & luckily we brought dish cloths & t-towles for the kitchen to use since we couldn't find any there. It had a dish washer, but for just 2 of us, we hand washed all our dishes. Had complete privacy, so unfortunately, we didn't have the pleasure of meeting Carolyn.

This place is beautiful! In the mornings we swam, went kayaking, paddle boarding and had a great time! In the evenings we caught quite a bit of catfish. The house is stocked with just about everything you would need to get by on vacation. One of the smoke detectors had a low battery. Within a couple hours, someone was there to install a new battery. The only issue we had was that my grandmother had a little difficulty getting on and off the dock. Everyone else could navigate the small obstacle quite well. All in all a Great Lake house. We plan on coming back! Thank you Joni for letting us know enjoy your wonderful cabin!

Great cozy little cabin. Enjoyed our stay with the some of the grandkids. Was in the area for baseball tournament at Rocker B and didn’t mind the travel time back and forth.
