The approximately 400-year-old farmhouse, which is located at almost 700 meters above sea level, was partially renovated in 2019. The rustic base was skillfully combined with modern elements. A cozy tiny house on 36 m² in the mountains. The well thought-out layout offers a lot of comfort in a small space. Far from ordinary. The entire living, dining and sleeping area as well as the shower and separate toilet are built in modern light-flooded wooden construction. The outdoor area is equipped with a cozy seating area and outdoor oven. In the middle of a spacious meadow landscape surrounded by forest with views of the mountains. Unwind and relax.

The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.
