This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

Dazu möchte ich euch einladen und euch ein wohliges Zuhause bieten. Das Chalet liegt in der Dorfmitte. In 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht ihr: Dorfladen, Gasthaus, Bushaltestelle, Schwimmbad. 15 Gehminuten sind es zum Fluss. Im Sommer laden Wanderungen zu Touren ein, im Winter findet ihr wunderbare Skigebiete. Der kostenlose Skibus bringt euch dorthin.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Cozy, quiet 3.5 room apartment with unique views in the middle of nature. The apartment is located in a beautiful house outside of Pany. Here you can relax in absolute tranquility in the mountains and really unwind. The apartment has two separate bedrooms and is therefore ideal for families. Wi-Fi is available and thus also home office from the mountains possible.

The small apartment (bedroom, living room, dining room (no cooking stove), shower/toilet) in a 400 year old farmhouse is close to Ardez train station. There are many antique utensils in the house and in the apartment. You'll love my place because of the old time flair, equipped with all the comforts. Haus Tschuga is located above the Silbertal at 1100 m. We offer the ideal starting point for hiking and biking in summer or for skiing or ski tours in winter. My father-in-law is a private ski instructor and if he has free appointments available, you can book a ski course with him. Additional fees Guest tax of the municipality
