Great location: Less than a mile from the spur (Parkway). Conveniently centered in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. 10 mins from Dollywood. Quiet small catch and release lake with resident ducks. All on 1 level making it great for all ages! Once you go up 3 stairs from the driveway the entire house is on one floor including the deck. Listed as 3 bedrooms but also includes 3 private bunk rooms for the kids. 6 adults and 6 kids (under 12) make up the 12 guests. Max - no exceptions.
