Waterfront holiday rentals in Gatlinburg

This place is worth 1,000 stars. Beautifully decorated. The beds were super comfy. Great location behind the Dolly Stampede. We had balconies off the living room and one of the bedrooms that overlooked a stream. We had 3 bedrooms & 3 baths. Each room was very private. One of the rooms had a hot tube jacuzzi. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you needed to help you cook. New pots & Pans. There was even ice in the freezer. Two comfy recliners. This was absolutely the nicest air bnb I’ve ever rented. Can’t wait to go back.

They were very proactive. There was an issue with the orginal place I had reserved and not only did they call me to let me know, they already had an alternative ready for me so I never worried about where I was going to be or even missed a beat during my trip. The location was very centerally located from Smokey Mountains National Park, Gatlinburg and Piegon Forge. GPS took me straight to the cabin, so no trouble finding it and it was peaceful and private without being isolated. The large covered porch would be great to sit under during a rain storm.

I took my family to stay in the farmhouse the week of Christmas. The house was very clean and matched the description given. The heater in the pool was out but the hot tub worked. When I had an issue and reached out, it was resolved quickly. It is within walking distance of many things to do. We enjoyed the breakfast vouchers and drinks in the lobby. We also joined in the sing along and s’mores and loved it!

We loved our stay at Myriah's cozy little condo on the river. Being able to sit on the balcony in the mornings with our coffe and watch all the wildlife like geese, herons, ducks, and even a beaver made for a great start to our day. The location was great, off the parkway, but still close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. We would definitely stay again. Myriah was easy to communicate with and was very hospitable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Mountain Creek Inn in the Wine Down unit. Our host was responsive and helpful. Everything in our unit was clean and just as described. The view from the back deck was beautiful. We loved listening to the stream flowing by and soaking in the hot tub in the evening. We like to cook and enjoyed preparing our meals in the well-appointed kitchen. The bed was quite comfortable. Our time at Wine Down was relaxing and refreshing, just what we wanted in a mountain getaway! It was also easy to get to places we wanted to visit in the Great Smokey Mountains. We'd love to stay at Wine Down again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Helio was very responsive to messages and made check in easy. We were there with 3 teenage boys and the space was perfect. There was plenty of space and the 3 full bathrooms was a major plus. The place had everything you need to cook meals etc. We were advised the night before we arrived that the fireplace was not functioning, which was a disappointment, but we were accommodated in other ways by getting early check in and late check out, which helped us out. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked, and the jacuzzi tub was also nice to have. I would stay here again if we were to visit the area again.

Everything is great!!! Had a great time at the place. Felt the cleaning price was a bit on higher end. The house was as described, clean and had all the facilities mentioned.

We had an AMAZING time!! The unit was beautiful and so clean. It smelled amazing as soon as you opened the door. It's within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg so we didn't have to drive much. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony. It was so peaceful and quite. The absolute best part though was seeing all the bears!! I've been to Gatlinburg a 100 times and saw more bears just around the condo than I've seen in all other trips combined!! We will definitely be coming back to Ashley's place!

Cottage by the Creek was exactly as described. It was so relaxing and peaceful. My absolute favorite place to be was the swing listening to the creek and sharing my time with the multiple ducks, geese, cardinals and other birds. We got lucky enough to see a turkey and a hummingbird. The distance to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg were perfect! I’m so hoping to be able to stay here again in the future.

This house is amazing!! It was beautiful and extremely clean! There were so many things to do in the house and also so close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Kristal was super proactive and reached out to ensure we had no questions. Would definitely stay here again!!

WOW! My family and I were so spoiled during this stay, I'm not sure we can stay anywhere else without comparing it to our time at the Thirsty Bear. We felt so at home in this beautiful little cabin. Before we even stepped in the home, we were met with the warmest of welcomes, and after entering we enjoyed exploring the home with all the iconic decorations. Every inch of the house was spotless and the hosts - Michelle and Tim - were so genuinely kind and thoughtful. With each and every detail, they made this cabin feel like home. We can't wait for our next stay! ❤

Can not say enough about this beautiful home and Sherri's communication. Sherri's communication was excellent and the home was exactly as described. Such a convenient place to stay with plenty of room to park.

We had a fantastic time! The house was clean and had tons of amenities and activities, especially for children. Shelly went above and beyond to make sure we all had a great time and was extremely friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Excellent experience!

Absolutely LOVED the river and the beautiful sounds of the rippling rocks. The only downfall was the fact that neither the windows or the doors were screened so that you could hear it from inside the house. The reason I booked this is so I could open a window or door at night to hear it. Loved the back deck, it was so relaxing. Neighborhood was very nice and easy to get to. The path along the river was very short, but provided great access to the river. If you like the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge, this location is great. If you don’t, there are alternate routes that feature amazing scenery. Overall, this place was very nice and very responsive.

The location was perfect, the loft was cozy and clean, and Johnny was always available to answer our questions and concerns. Highly recommended!”

We stayed for a long anniversary weekend with a dog and we felt right at home. The other residents were extremely friendly towards us and welcoming! We were surprised to find how comfortable the bed was. Another great factor was it is close and right off a main hwy to gatlinburg.

What a wonderful condo and perfect location! We absolutely loved the charm and amount of space in this condo, and the convenience couldn’t be better—just a quick 3–4 minute walk to downtown Gatlinburg, yet peaceful and quiet at night. One of our favorite things was relaxing on the wraparound deck with a cup of coffee from the fully stocked coffee bar, while listening to the soothing sounds of the river flowing nearby. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were clean and fresh, making for a restful stay. Fun tip: If you turn right out of the parking lot and take a drive behind the river through the mountain neighborhoods, keep your eyes open—we spotted five bears in under an hour! Thanks so much for a great stay! We highly recommend!

The condo was absolutely perfect. It looked just like the pictures. It was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

We found this absolute gem last minute. They let us check in after 10:30 pm. Extremely easy to communicate with. Quick response time. No complaints here. Hard to believe it was only a mile or so from the parkway in downtown pigeon forge. So quiet. Sat on the balcony and watched the river and animal life every morning and evening. The view of the mountains is beautiful. Perfect for our group of 8.

We couldn't have asked for it to be any better, everything was clean and tidy, no dust in the corners, no funky smells, no carpet and that is definitely a plus for me. I did not have to contact our host for anything, instructions were clear before we left home, we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again

Very nice cozy and nicely secluded We stayed in unit 6 all the way at the end and it was wonderful, wish parking lot had just a little more light outside to see when backing in or pulling in. But overall wonderful location and will be booking same Condo again shortly

Jackie's place was perfect for my family of three. My husband and I loved having a balcony facing the river attached to the bedroom, while my teenage son settled in comfortably in the sofa bed in the living room. The location was perfect. Very peaceful away from the busyness of the many attractions with a short drive to all the everything Pigeon Forge has to offer. Great recommendations for restaurants by Jackie with the Local Goat being our favorite for dinner. Applewood Farm House Restaurant is within walking distance and we highly recommend for breakfast! Check-in was easy, even though our code didn't work, I messaged Jackie and she was very responsive and had us in with a new code in minutes! Check out instructions were simple and clearly laid out in the notebook created with lots of helpful information. Definitely a great choice for a family visiting the area. We even saw a large group of Canadian Geese floating by on our last day!

The first thing I noticed was a clean smell as soon as I opened the condo door. The condo was awesome! Centrally located and so easy to check in and out. It had everthing you could want in a condo. Beds were super comfy and the Keurig hit the spot! Will definetly be staying with this host again!

I only stayed for two nights and with the amount of activities I was doing with my kids, I didn't get to use the kitchen nor even walk around the property. I do regret that part because the view from my balcony showed the running creek. Upon check-in and inquiring about fishing, the front desk explained that it is stocked with trout every Thursday. The place was clean and quiet. The only thing that bothered me was the scent from the airplug which upon finding I removed. I just didn't care for that particular scent. Overall, it was a good price for the two nights and there were no surprise fees. It is just outside the strip in Gatlinburg but will still need a car to visit the strip unless you don't mind walking about 30 to 40 mins. Do yourself a favor and do not eat the pancakes at FlapJacks Pancake Cabin down the street. My kids complained about the taste of the pancakes and asked why the buttermilk ones tasted salty.
