This home has been completely renovated with flawless finishes and top of the line appliances. This is for the UPSTAIRS only. (No one else lives at the residence & is solely for Airbnb) 10 minutes from Keeneland & a few miles from hospitals. Convenient location to shopping and restaurants. Clean and comfortable living spaces. This is a chefs kitchen, that has double doors to a walk out patio. The bathroom has a Bluetooth fan. Centrally located in the Golden Triangle between Louisville, Lexington, and Cincinnati. Since we are 10 minutes from the Horse Park we are enjoying decorating the house in horse related decor. We think our price is a really good deal for a family or 6 traveling friends. There’s plenty of room for the whole gang. There’s 3 Queen beds and 2.5 bathrooms. The Dark Horse Inn has a fully fenced back yard and a 2 car garage and is located within a mile of interstate 75.

Kevin was an amazing host!! From the time we booked until check out time. Very responsive and helpful. Stayed there for my husband and I anniversary. Beautiful small home. Perfect for a couple’s get away. Although, we didn’t get a chance to use the barn movie room, it still was a pretty cool chill spot. HOT TUB was our favorite part. It did rain during our stay so we only could make use of it the first night. Before leaving we visited a suggested restaurant, Local Feed. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere; Absolutely fresh amazing food. Delicious. Taste and felt like home. 10/10 entire weekend experience. We truly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you!!!!
