Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Germantown

Was ample room for our group. We were traveling down from Ohio to compete at Memphis In May when we got in we had some larger trailers with us, which gave us plenty of parking to get in the driveway. The kids enjoyed the pool. I just wish I would’ve brought my golf clubs with me so beautiful being on the 12th hole at colonial.

This home was a perfect gathering point for my family. My wife and I, my parents, my mother-in-law, and my younger son all stayed here for my older son's graduation from Rhodes College. It was a great place! There was plenty of space and bedrooms. We were able to cook some of our meals here. There was plenty of places to sit, whether we wanted to be together or have a little space apart. The home was really lovely. They did mid-century modern (I believe that is what it is called) very well. From the style of the furniture to the orange rotary phone, it was so very nice. I would highly recommend it if you are having a family gathering or have a large family and visiting Memphis.

Beverly's place was amazing! it was the perfect place for our family get together. The place was private and allowed everyone to have their own space but also had common spaces for everyone to get together and catch up. The amenities were great. Everyone loved the layout and accommodations. Beverly was a fantastic host and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely come back to this place!

Laura was AMAZING! From the day I made the reservations, to the day we left. Everything was clean and beautiful. it was our first trip to Memphis. We came to visit Graceland, Beale Street ( highly highly HIGHLY recommend the gumbo at Blues City Cafe on Beale! ) and to see the Peabody Ducks. But Laura went above and beyond and sent us information on other activities to do and visit while we were there of we had time aside from what we had planned. It certainly is NOT our last trip to Memphis and we will continue to book with Laura as long as her beautiful cottage is available!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Airbnb. The space was immaculate—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Great place, just what we needed. Very close to the park and everything you need.

We turned a family wedding weekend into our own personal vacation. I was excited at the first impression, and it just went up from there. We utilized the entire space all weekend. We grilled outside, we cooked inside, we fished, we played games, we gathered to watch the playoffs, we made memories that will last. I am super grateful for our kind hosts who were responsive when I had questions before our trip and during our stay. This is our first time using an AirBnB with a group, and this place offered everything we needed. We had space to keep to ourselves, or gather together... I loved every bit of our weekend at the lake!

Absolutely gorgeous home in a great neighborhood! We loved how quiet the neighborhood was while still being so close (within walking distance) to so many amazing bars and restaurants. The neighbors were all very friendly, and the home is modern but cozy. The renovations that have been made are beautiful, and the home had all of the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. The owners are very responsive to questions and always got back to us quickly. We would definitely rent this home again in the future!

Ben was an incredible host. His home is fantastic and beautifully decorated. It was very clean, lots of extras, comfortable beds, easy to locate, and close to everything! We would stay there again with no question. Highly recommend!

Stayed at Tim’s place over the weekend and when i say i wish i didn’t have to leave i mean it the place was clean quiet and secure was walkable to several places didn’t need much but when i did Tim responded extremely fast i will definitely book with Tim every time i visit Memphis thx again Tim for everything

I appreciated Annie‘s space a lot. I felt home in the space pretty quickly, and I was glad about the washer and dryer. The neighbor hood around Overton Square is lively and can be reached in walking distance. I’d book it again. Annie is great, very reponsive and helpful.

Adam’s place was clean, spacious, and in a great area. It was exactly as described, and I really enjoyed my stay. The only minor issue was that there was no detergent available for the washer and dryer, but aside from that, everything was great. I would definitely recommend this spot and would absolutely book again!
