Veronica’s loft in Memphis was beautiful and thoughtfully designed—exactly as pictured! The location was perfect with easy parking and plenty of great restaurants and attractions just minutes away. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

This place has plenty of room, everything you need for a short or long stay. I initially booked for 5 weeks and stayed 11 weeks. Great location, close to everything, but a quiet, private location. Very comfortable couch and bed. Plenty of street parking or private covered parking in the back. 100% would book again!

Our stay at Graze House was truly exceptional! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt incredibly comfortable from the moment we walked in. The location was perfect and right near the heart of the city and close to everything we wanted to explore. Morgan and the entire Pettigrew Adventures team was incredibly responsive and welcoming. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the welcome wine and the stocked kitchen. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend Graze house to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay in Memphis. We had an absolutely delightful experience at this charming triplex! It was truly everything my partner and I had been hoping for in our getaway. Although we packed a small fan for sleeping comfort, we discovered a lovely ceiling fan in the spacious bedroom that provided a perfect breeze throughout the night. This unit, nestled in the center of the triplex, was impressively the largest of the three, giving us ample room to relax and unwind. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, from pots and pans to cutlery, making cooking a breeze. We especially appreciated having a washer and dryer at our disposal, which allowed us to pack light and enjoy our stay without worrying about laundry. Honestly, all we really needed to bring were our clothes and a selection of groceries, as the rest was thoughtfully provided. Our stay exceeded all expectations, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect retreat!

Great host. Communicated well with me even when my AC went out late that night. He sent someone to fix the issue within the hour. They have done a great job renovating the place and it looks amazing. Would stay there again because of the host. Great place and tucked away from the hustle of downtown. Easy to get to places by car and a lot of things to do.

Wonderful place! The studio was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had lots of amenities. Good water pressure in the shower. The neighborhood was quiet but we could still walk to several restaurants and Overton Park. Taylor was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

We had a nice stay. Everything was clean. We had a small issue getting in the gate but we received immediate instruction that worked. I loved the security of the gate. The only thing is we could hear the upstair’s neighbors walking and moving around. We loved being in this area because it was walkable to Beale St. restaurants, Lorraine Motel, and other rooftop restaurants, and the river. Drew and Emily were very responsive and great hosts!

This place was truly five stars — absolutely beautiful from the moment we walked in! I loved the artwork and the attention to detail throughout the space. Everything we needed for a short stay was thoughtfully provided, plus a few extra touches that made it even better. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Memphis that’s close to downtown but not right in the middle of it, this is the spot. Thanks so much for having us — I’ll definitely be back!

One Fine Day is such a relaxing oasis in the city! It is perfectly located in E Memphis - near a ton of amazing restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Easy to get downtown, to Germantown and the airport. The house is a beautiful step back in time - we felt right at home with our two young girls. The home, furnishings and decor are all modern with a stylish nod toward the 60s. Beds, linens and furniture all super comfy and cozy, kitchen is well stocked and the huge yard made for a phenomenal place for our girls to run and play. Elizabeth is a kind and responsive host and we can’t wait to come back!

My first time every using this platform vs booking a standard hotel and I must say Rachida made the process worth it from start to finish . I literally felt at home , comfortable, safe - u name it this property is amazing. The decor, cleanliness-everything. I needed a quick getaway from work life and this place definitely perfect to rest and within good distance to the highway to explore as a tourist . Quiet, spacious - I will definitely book again if I visit the area .

We had an AWESOME stay!!… The house is absolutely beautiful and meticulously clean. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood . We hardly saw anyone while traversing to and from the home. The hosts graciously allowed us to enjoy the complimentary bottles of water not to mention the wonderful coffee selection provided. Beds were so comfortable. Honestly!…. Just too much to mention!. We will definitely seek to stay here again for future trips. We are extremely satisfied and genuinely grateful for the experience!! … 20 Stars👍🏽💯😋

Great place to stay if you visit Memphis. Close to Beale Street and the national civil rights museum (a must see!)

We traveled with our daughter and granddaughter to visit the National Civil Rights Museum. When we started looking for lodging, the cost for this condo seemed kind of high. But once we looked at hotels and some of the other condos, we realized the rate wasn’t out of line, especially considering what you get for the money. The location - you’re a maximum 10-15 minute walk from anything one might want. Great restaurants are right around the corner. The Civil Rights Museum is an easy 10 minutes. Beale Street is just a few minutes more, but there’s easy parking if you’d prefer to drive. The condo is perfect for traveling with other people - plenty of privacy as the bedrooms and bathrooms are on opposite sides of the space. The kitchen is very nice with everything one might want. We didn’t do any cooking, but we did get takeout and ate around the dining table several times. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about the condo and our stay there, and we highly recommend it!

enjoyed the stay. Bed was not as comfortable as I'd hoped. I'm not sure what kind of mattress was used. otherwise everything worked out well for my bry quick trip.

I really appreciated how communicative and helpful the host was throughout my stay—they made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. Whether you're visiting for music, food, or just some Southern hospitality, I highly recommend staying here. I'd absolutely book again next time I'm in town!
