Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Germantown

The Emerald Escape home was cozy and cute with tons of photo op areas. This is a great location when traveling to Memphis as you are in a centralized area being Midtown Memphis. The lighting in the home could use an update as some bulbs were out throughout the interior to include the exterior back porch sitting area. The entire team was responsive, friendly, and so helpful with any accommodations as needed. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying with Pettigrew Adventures in the future. Thank you all for allowing me to enjoy the Emerald Escape!

Zach and Maxwell's place was just perfect for our needs. It is a beautifully remodeled home in the Central Gardens Historic District, and importantly to us, close to Rhodes College. Zach checked on us to make sure we had what we needed. He was very responsive and courteous. We were grateful to have the use of the garage. This helped us move our daughter out of the dorm and keep the car packed overnight. The home was modernly furnished and had all the amenities we needed (for a family of 5). The staircase had lights that allowed us to travel downstairs easily at night. I particularly enjoyed the record player and old Elvis albums! My mother enjoyed sitting in the backyard with a book and looking at the plants. The home is close to a variety of restaurants as well as a Kroger's, if you choose to cook. If you are traveling to Memphis, this is the perfect home for you!

This is beautiful home with more space than the pictures can show. Very comfortable up and down stairs. Extremely responsive host and so easy to work with. A few short minutes to Cooper Young were all the great restaurants are. We would absolutely stay here again.

The stay was great! All the amenities were amazing and so useful for the long weekend stay we had in Memphis! Thank you so much, and we would consider this house again in a heartbeat if/when we’re back in the city!

This was my first experience in a Airbnb and Morgan made my experience very enjoyable. Morgan responded promptly whenever I had a question and she was always pleasant and willing to assist.

Thanks to Mr. John and Pamela. They really came through with a great price so that I could celebrate Christmas with my children. They are helpful and friendly. Overall they helped me make sure I was able to make beautiful memories for my babies.

My first time every using this platform vs booking a standard hotel and I must say Rachida made the process worth it from start to finish . I literally felt at home , comfortable, safe - u name it this property is amazing. The decor, cleanliness-everything. I needed a quick getaway from work life and this place definitely perfect to rest and within good distance to the highway to explore as a tourist . Quiet, spacious - I will definitely book again if I visit the area .

This was a great home for the price. The house was very well decorated and extremely clean throughout. The lawn was well manicured and I can't say enough about the host April. Very responsive and super easy to deal with. Will definitely recommend her place to stay if in the area.

Julie was amazing! I booked this space for my mom and a friend and they absolutely loved it. Julie is extremely responsive and welcoming, and the space was exactly as we thought it would be. I would definitely rent again!

Don and Billy were amazing hosts. They were super communicative. They left us perfect instructions and were there to meet us when we checked in to greet us and make us feel at home. The apartment is great and had all we needed. It's also very close to Beale Street. The location is fantastic. Thanks so much for making us feel so welcome.

Wonderful place! The studio was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had lots of amenities. Good water pressure in the shower. The neighborhood was quiet but we could still walk to several restaurants and Overton Park. Taylor was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great suite with all the amenities and a responsive host

We had a nice stay. Everything was clean. We had a small issue getting in the gate but we received immediate instruction that worked. I loved the security of the gate. The only thing is we could hear the upstair’s neighbors walking and moving around. We loved being in this area because it was walkable to Beale St. restaurants, Lorraine Motel, and other rooftop restaurants, and the river. Drew and Emily were very responsive and great hosts!

It was absolutely beautiful, with clean a and beautiful color pallette and decor.

This was an extremely new and well designed condo. It was close to Beall and everything going on in downtown.

We traveled with our daughter and granddaughter to visit the National Civil Rights Museum. When we started looking for lodging, the cost for this condo seemed kind of high. But once we looked at hotels and some of the other condos, we realized the rate wasn’t out of line, especially considering what you get for the money. The location - you’re a maximum 10-15 minute walk from anything one might want. Great restaurants are right around the corner. The Civil Rights Museum is an easy 10 minutes. Beale Street is just a few minutes more, but there’s easy parking if you’d prefer to drive. The condo is perfect for traveling with other people - plenty of privacy as the bedrooms and bathrooms are on opposite sides of the space. The kitchen is very nice with everything one might want. We didn’t do any cooking, but we did get takeout and ate around the dining table several times. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about the condo and our stay there, and we highly recommend it!

This a beautiful place and the pictures don’t do any justice- for this to be downtown, it’s quite and private. The location is walkable to some great restaurants and shops .

Amazing place , nice area. They were always responding when we needed help. The only bad thing I would say it was a few knats in the home. But it’s Summertime and we were in the south. So I understand but over beautiful home and had a great stay.

Jon was such a responsive and thorough host!! He always replied to my questions. The space exceeded my expectations! We were there for our wedding and there was so much space for us to finish our wedding prep before our special day. We loved that it was so close to Overton Square (where our wedding was held)! Loved sitting on the 2nd floor balcony in the morning and listening to the birds while drinking coffee

It’s everything you can imagine, if you want a place to chill and relax and actually enjoy your stay this is the place for you. I love it so much and I will be coming back again!!!!!!
