Holiday rentals with lake access in Ghent

We had an incredible stay here! Gwendoline was so kind, helpful, and generous. She left food out for our kids to feed the animals each morning and left us special treats throughout the stay. The space was clean, bright, and peaceful. We had everything we needed and it was a perfect spot for biking, walking, and exploring various parts of Belgium. We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay. We felt like we could relax and unwind and that we were well cared for the whole time. We highly, highly recommend!

Wir haben die Unterkunft ausgewählt um dort einen JGA zu feiern. Positive Aspekte: - Zwei Stellplätze für zwei Autos - großer gemütlicher Garten - Meer fußläufig in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar - einfacher Check-In - Vermieter bei Fragen schnell erreichbar Der Aufenthalt war im gesamten super. Uns fallen keine negativen Aspekte ein. Wir hätten gerne die Feuertonne genutzt um gemeinsam am Feuer den Abend ausklingen zu lassen, dies war aber aufgrund der Trockenheit/Wetter nicht möglich

Wir waren im Mai mit drei Leuten in Ferdis schöner Unterkunft. Diese liegt in einem typischen Holländischen Ferien-Park, mit etwas verschlungenen Wegen, aber Ferdi hat uns bei der Suche nach unserem Haus aufgespürt und uns den Weg gezeigt :-) Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt war die Lage in dem Campingpark sehr ruhig und am Rand gelegen, so dass man die Privatsphäre genießen konnte. Nach anfänglichen Problemen bei der Befeuerung des Hottubs war Ferdi sofort erreichbar und kam zur Unterkunft, gab uns Tipps und hatte auch weiteres Holz für uns bereit. Leider war das Wetter nicht ganz so gut, aber im Hottub ließ es sich sehr gut aushalten. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner, entspannender Aufenthalt. Bei Fragen und Problemen war Ferdi jederzeit erreichbar und stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Laetitia answered questions quickly both in advance of and during our stay. The apartment is fresh and spacy. There is a fantastic bakery and also a very cozy restaurant/bar about 50 meters from the apartment.

We hebben met 2 gezinnen (met in totaal kids 8-10 jaar) een geweldige tijd gehad in een prachtige omgeving op een privé-domein. Heerlijk ontspannen en genoten van de stilte van de natuur, herten en boommarters gezien. Check wel goed op teken, die waren er erg veel.

Maryam is a fantastic host. She checked in with us each day to see if we needed anything. She provided laundry service, gave us recommendations for local shopping and purchased an extra fan for our use while we were there. I highly recommend staying with her.

Sehr schönes Haus, liebevoll eingerichtet, es wurde an alles gedacht. Der Check in war unkompliziert und gut angewiesen . Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Très bon séjour chez Véra ! Appartement très agréable avec une grande terrasse ! Seul bémol, le parking où il est très difficile voire impossible de trouver une place !

Petit week-end idéal dans ce magnifique appartement!🌺 Nous avons tout aimé ! Le check-in est très clair et fluide, tout est très bien indiqué. Le contact avec Frank et sa famille est très sympathique. L'appartement est très bien équipé et impeccable. Petit plus pour le grand lit très confortable, les prises sur les tables de chevets, les 2 vélos mis a disposition pour une petite balade sportive et le balcon avec sa vue reposante sur le plan d’eau... Nous ne dirons pas tout...on vous laisse découvrir 🌺

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung. Alles war sehr gepflegt, es fehlte an nichts (saubere Handtücher und Bettwäsche, komplette Ausstattung der Küche). Besonders schön war der Meerblick vom Balkon und wenn es regnete aus dem Wohnzimmer durch die riesige Balkonfenster. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet , wie haben und sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Frederik ist sehr nett, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit. Bei Problemen könnte man ihn sofort anrufen, bei uns war aber alles sehr schön verlaufen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und die Wohnung weiter empfehlen. Danke Frederik und weiterhin alles Gute, es hat uns sehr gefreut deine Wohnung für unseren Aufenthalt in Belgien zu nutzen. Liebe Grüße von uns 5 Mädels aus Deutschland

Schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage! Wir wurden nett empfangen und hatten ein paar entspannte Tage in dem schön gestalteten Ferienhäuschen. Man ist schnell im Ort und noch schneller am Strand 😉

We stayed in this studio with 2 adults for 1 week. Very nice accommodation in a quiet area, away from the crowde seaside and yet close to everything within walking distance. Nice room with a view & terrace by the pond, which immediately gives a holiday feeling! Everything was available in the studio. Our e-bikes could be places in a separate bicycle shed downstairs in the garage. Very friendly and helpfull host Steven, who was always available for any questions and someone who definitely cares about his customers! This studio is an absolute recommendation where we will definitely like to go back !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. Le gîte nous a permis de rendre visite à de la famille à proximité tout en profitant d’un cadre calme et paisible avec notre bébé. Merci pour l’accueil, nous aurons plaisir à revenir lors de nos prochaines visites.

This is a beautifully designed apartment right next to the river. It is spacious, spotlessly clean and has beautiful plants and artwork. Ernest and Emma communicated really well, giving us all the information required before we arrived and answering our advance questions. The apartment is really well placed to explore beautiful Tournai and to find plenty of food and drink outlets. The one thing I would mention are the stairs: they are steep, old and rickety. Not suitable for older visitors perhaps, or those with mobility issues. That would be my only " negative" comment. The apartment itself is one of the best I've ever stayed in.

Fantastisch verblijf aan zee! We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf. De locatie was perfect, vlak bij het strand, en de accommodatie was schoon, comfortabel en sfeervol. Alles was tiptop in orde en we voelden ons meteen thuis. Een echte aanrader – we komen graag voor een 3e keer terug!
