Unfortunately, the apartment is not barrier-free because the house can only be reached via stairs. Behind the house there is a small terrace available to our guests. Unfortunately, our house is not suitable for infants. The apartment costs 90 euros per night for 4 people. You can easily park on the street.

The surrounding nature invites you to extensive walks, hikes and bike tours.

It has a double bed 220 x 160, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

The basement apartment was completely rebuilt and furnished in August 2023. Due to the basement location, it remains pleasantly cool in the summer months and insulated warm in the winter months. Our 60 m² guest apartment on the upper floor of a two-family house has an 18 m² balcony. It is located in the countryside on the eastern outskirts of Braunschweig. From here you can easily reach Braunschweig City with theaters, museums and traditional islands, Wolfsburg with Phaeno and Autostadt and the Harz Mountains. Parking is available free of charge in front of the house.
