Holiday rentals with a patio in Gilford

You get a nice view of the lake and sun rise in the morning. Place was clean and beautifully decorated. Though, be aware that the WiFi isn’t great here so it might not be the place for you if a consistent connection is your thing.

Perfect place to stay for a couple. Host was accommodating to our date change. Host was responsive when asked to change date. Property was very clean, very comfortable and anything that we may have needed down to a lint roller was there for us to use. When we come back we will be looking to book the same property.

This is a peaceful quiet hideaway in Pennacook, a village within the city limits of NH's capital city, Concord. It had everything I needed & was well laid out.

The Tilton condo is exactly as Sharon described it!! It was very spacious and clean. We had 2 dogs with us and there was plenty of room to be very comfortable. The kitchen was very nice & had everything you could want to make meals. We both thought the bed was super comfortable and that is very important to us! Sharon was a gracious host leaving us a small treat basket & a basket full of incidentals that we might of forgot to bring! Our overall stay was wonderful, definitely recommend this condo! Beautiful spot to stay in as you explore the area, we were there for a concert and wish we had more time.

Perfect Airbnb. We stayed for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. The hot tub, pool table, dart board, piano, book collection, and giant tv ensured we were never bored. The view was incredible, it felt like we were in a movie. The hosts answered very quickly whenever we had a question, and they also ensured we had a lot of privacy, which was really appreciated. 10000/10! I would stay here again and again and again. No complaints at all.

This place was great and had everything my family needed for a peaceful weekend. If you like a outback feel in a buetiful home with a lake view from the hot tub this is your place. I hope to come back soon.

We would definitely go back for another stay. Carl is a wonderful host and was very responsive and helpful. The house is beautiful and is located in such a tranquil and scenic location. We are a family of 6 along with our black lab and everyone fit comfortably. I highly recommend this place for a family get away.

My friends and I had a great stay at this airbnb! There was a lot of space for us and space to play games and hangout. It was very private, and had a great view. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive and gave us recommendations for restaurants in town. I recommend staying here, and would stay here again!

Book this place immediately if you’re looking for a relaxing family stay, situated minutes from gorgeous beaches with swimming lakes and want to spend evenings bbqing and looking at the incredible view. Nancy met us at the property and took the time to show us around and answer our questions. She made us feel very welcome and cared for. The cottage is charming, with everything you might need for a comfortable get-away. All the amenities were very nice, it was a true home away from home. The back porch was peaceful. The town is lovely and is a few minute's drive from the cottage.

After a long day of driving from New York, and hikes at Franconia Notch State park, Julianne’s condo was a perfect getaway to stay in Laconia with backyard lake views to die for. The condo was clean and cozy. The highlight of the stay was watching the sunset from the balcony and admiring the stars at the private sandy beach. The host was very responsive. Thank you for the clear and precise instructions beforehand, everything was simple and straightforward. I would 100% recommend this place! :)

Loved our stay! Perfect location for our concert weekend at the amphitheater. We had everything we needed and found our hosts to be incredibly responsive when we had questions or needs. We visit this location each year and would love to return if they’ll have us!

Nice roomy comfortable space for two moms and three adult children. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Good location for getting to Bank of NH for a concert. Within driving distance to restaurants, grocery stores and Weirs beach. We didn't know how to adjust a digital thermometer. I had to message Ryan late at night. He got back to me right away and was super helpful. We had a memorable and pleasant time enjoying the lakes region of NH. Thank you, Ryan!

My husband and I stayed for a month at Amanda's place and it was modern and very clean. I'm a bit of a clean freak and allergic to pet dander, so I only stay in places that don't allow pets. The condo has every amenity you could imagine - from a Weber grill to beach chairs to an instant pot. And if you don't want to cook there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Her condo was exactly as she described and as she showed in the pictures. The view of the lake from the front deck is breathtaking and the back deck faces a private wooded area. We spent many mornings having our coffee overlooking the lake and watching the boats go by. There's also plenty of space to work remotely including a private office area on the ground floor. There are 6 units in the condo complex and we met several of the neighbors who were lovely, considerate people. If you're considering a stay in the lakes region, look no further. This is the place.

I had not taken a vacation since pre-Covid and Caroline's wonderful place was the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy the beautiful white mountains region of New Hampshire. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything you need (tremendous view, comfortable bed, efficient kitchenette, pool, jacuzzi, gym, close proximity to the beach, mountains many excellent restaurants, and theatre (live and movies). If you are looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle Caroline's place is the perfect place and I highly recommend it!

Great place. The deck overlooking the lake was great! The large deck over the water was a great place to hang out, and everyone we meet were friendly. Only 3 steps off the deck/dock to get into the refreshing water. The game room pool table and pool accessories were all in great shape ( Remember to bring quarters, $1.00 per a game). The internet works great we had 4 people working on laptops in the morning and no issues were observed. Will stay at again!
