A very beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Immaculate and full of beautiful furniture and books. Beds were very comfortable We found parking just outside. Bruton is a lovely town to walk around.

Wonderful apartment and very spacious. The location was everything. A nice touch on arrival would have been a little something like some biscuits or drink as a more personal touch.

We had a lovely stay at Jim and Hannah's cottage. The house is beautiful and everything is so well thought about. We enjoyed visiting Glastonbury and would definitely return in the future x

Before the trip she sent us some information for things in the area, places to eat etc, was very helpful. Lovely little hide away, nice and private. Just as the pictures showed, Beautiful. We fell in love with the house , location and facilities as soon as we arrived. It had everything we needed , the children loved it , from playing tennis, skittles to bar football and stories by the wood burner before bed. Everything was there for us, a separate table in the games room for arts and crafts and games to lovely comfortable furniture outside looking across to the sheep , the children loved the opportunity to be able to walk around the field with the sheep, with one of them saying "this is the best holiday ever" and another saying " this is the best day of my whole life". Thank you Rachel for creating a perfect holiday home where we have made some amzing family memories,

Rics communication was excellent at all times. The location is ideal, being on a quiet street but just a casual 5 min stroll to the lovely Clifton shops and restaurants. If you like public transport the bus to central Bristol is 50m away..The home is beautifully furnished and everything worked fine. The bedroom at the back was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Central, accessible, one flight of stairs with double hand rails, worth writing codes given, in notes or paper for easy access. Well thought out beautiful design, very comfortable accommodation, will definitely use again, 24 hr parking at the gallery multi storey. Ideal for weekend break or a few days away!

I have to come clean - I am an enthusiast of Penarth, the architecture of the town, the community feel, and everything about the place. Sarah's place, being among the oldest houses in the town, was a must for all the things I was looking for. Sarah herself is friendly and has clearly put a lot of herself into the house. My journey time to Penarth could have been subject to delays, being more than 500 miles... but we had good communication and met up without difficulty at the house. All in all, the house was cosy and well appointed. It also was a great base for strolling into Penarth Town centre and even, across the barrage, to Butetown and even Cardiff. I would thoroughly recommend Sara's house for your stay.

Enjoyed a memorable stay in Goretti’s peaceful and spacious home. The house is fully equipped and was extremely clean. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful garden and conservatory. Communication was seamless. Would definitely recommend this beautiful home. It was lovely to be greeted by the host with a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge.

We loved our stay. Simon was a great host who was quick to reply. The place was as described, plenty of room for all Of us. The pub down the street was great as well. Would recommend this place For future guests.

I truly believe David’s home “calls you” when your soul needs peace as well as David’s intuitive advice. I have never stayed at a place where the host is nearby (never mind in the same property) and yet, at David’s house I felt extremely comfortable and safe from the start. The house, amazingly located at the feet of Tor’s grounds, is beautiful inside out. It has everything I needed for a pleasant stay, such as, comfortable beds and linen, as well as, a large family kitchen to cook. Yet, its energy, specially in the living room, and garden grounded and soothed my soul. David, the host, gave us the space and privacy needed when one’s on a break. However, he also was a wonderful listening ear and amazing source of advice. Overall, it was a truly amazing stay and I cannot wait to return soon again.

All in all a great & absolutely magical place. We had a lovely Bank Holiday weekend in August and celebrated our 14th Wedding Anniversary. The whole place and service was first class! Kitty was so nice, so helpful and extremely kind person. The garden, lake and view out of our villa was so beautiful and magical, you felt like you are in heaven. We captured a lot of incredible beautiful photos. The bed was really comfy and the rooms spacious, beautiful, stylish and clean. We can honestly say we had absolutely the best time & 2 night’s sleep. Karmacations-Luxe Detached Villa,Lake Spa+Gardens this amazing place made for a truly memorable and magical experience for us!! We wont forget about this magical place and we definitely will back again!!!! Thank you so much Kitty xxxxx

This is a wonderful house for a family gathering; very welcoming with great spaces for eating, cooking and relaxing with lots of games and smart tvs. All in a great location within walking distance of beautiful Bath as well as the canal and surrounding countryside. Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful house and annex set in well kept, spacious garden. We did have a problem with the Aga and Jan had to call the engineer to fix. This was done promptly and was fixed by the third day. The Aga does make the kitchen very warm but the other rooms were comfortable and spacious. Everyone appreciated the hot tub and the lemon sponge. Thankyou. Jan kept us informed throughout the booking and our stay.
