Our small eco-friendly guest house Le Jardin de Martin in Plérin in the Côtes d'Armor, wedged between garden and horses, is a 5-minute walk from Martin beach and the GR34 and close to bike paths. Designed as a tiny house, with south-facing bay windows overlooking the garden, furnished in a Zen and vintage spirit, it is an atypical, warm, semi-passive place, isolated from the waves with private wifi. There is also the use of a communal large garden which is also used by the owner who lives next door to the cottage. The area has a lake with a beach and is close to the Brest to Nantes canal. Area is good for fishing, walks and cycling.

We will be happy to host you in Kerguen! The proposed gîte is classified as "furnished tourist accommodation 2 **" by the OT 29 organization. It is located in a stone farmhouse and can accommodate from 1 to 6 people. It will be a "resource place" where you will enjoy calm and nature when you return from your getaways. We are ideally located to travel within 30 minutes to various places of interest in this beautiful region of Finistère where all your senses will be awakened!

Le Studio 29

Charming studio with mezzanine, located in the heart of the city of painters made famous by Paul Gauguin and the painting school of Pont-Aven. The studio is located in a wing of our house and you have two entrances to access it. You have an outside dining area at the foot of the staircase and a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. The garden and terrace can be lit in the evening. You are 200 meters from the city center and the museum and very close to the port.

Nestling in woodland, modern, cosy accommodation adjoining a stone watermill. Enclosed garden (dog safe) with a sun terrace to enjoy a relaxing glass of wine and alfresco dining. Ideally situated for walking, cycling, fishing (or snoozing) enthusiasts. 5 minutes walk to lake, 20 minute stroll through woods and along lakeside to local bar, pizzeria and village shop. Charming little stone house of about 45 m2 with private garden, completely enclosed and not overlooked, of about 25 m2. You will wake up with a direct view of the meadow, where you can see our different animals (goats, chickens). Located in central Brittany, 300 m from the Nantes to Brest canal, 15 minutes from Carhaix and about 1h/1h15 from the sea, many activities in the surroundings. The accommodation is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

Bienvenue à Lann Avel, une longère de caractère située dans un village calme, idéale pour un séjour reposant. Profitez d’un grand parc arboré pour vous détendre, à deux pas des sentiers de randonnée du Liscuis et de sa réserve naturelle. Le canal de Nantes à Brest, l’abbaye de Bon-Repos et le lac de Guerlédan sont tout proches. Baignade, balades, activités nautiques, commerces et piscine sont accessibles en quelques minutes.

Isolated 4-season chalet for 2 people and 1 child by a pond, in a large forest garden. Dragonflies, kingfishers… and hopefully otters and deer. Wake up, take a dip... or grab the oars! The chalet has a kitchenette, sofa, table, 2 single beds + 1 child mattress. The dry toilets are outside. A Finnish sauna welcomes you in the cold season (€20). Far from any noise and light pollution, dare to return to nature!

Old watermill, quiet near St Brieuc

In a green setting and on the water, this cottage built in an old mill welcomes you in its warm style and all natural wood. Adjoining outbuildings still containing the mill mechanism, it faces the owners' house in a charming hamlet nestled in the hollow of the Gouët, and to the North Chaos (maze of stones covering the river). 10 km to the North and St Brieuc is available to you.
