The entire house is heated and air-conditioned, which allows for year-round relaxation. Guests have 2 SUP boards and 4 bicycles at their disposal. In the garden, there is a JACUZZI (available in the period of temperatures (+++) The property is fenced with a garage and parking on the property.

A boat and free wood for the fireplace and bonfire are available. Within 10 km there is a swimming pool with saunas, 12 km from the house there is one of the most beautiful golf courses in Europe - Modry Las. The entire facility (two houses) is PLN 550/day. It is possible to rent one cottage, a wooden cottage for rent at the price of 350 PLN/day, a green (brick) cottage at the price of 250 PLN/day.

The part shared with the hosts is a closed vestibule, from which stairs lead to the first floor. Due to the fact that we live on the ground floor, we prefer quiet guests, families with children. We do not agree to the organization of events.
