The spacious living/dining area with a very well-equipped kitchen and pull-out sofa bed invites you to linger. Adjacent is the bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200cm) and a bathroom with WC. The rooms have blinds to darken the room and fly screens. In the garden there is a cozy dining and lounge area, as well as a children's playground with slide and swing and a covered area for bicycles. The vacation apartment is located directly at the Zechmeister winery in Gols. Wine tastings with the winemakers can be arranged on request. Some pre-cooled wines and home-made products are also available in the vacation apartment. You are welcome to use herbs and spices from the garden for your own creations in the kitchen. Parents and children will love the vehicles and children's toys. There is also a small farm library with a selection of children's books, novels and cookery books. In the immediate vicinity is the Aquasplash Gols, a volleyball court, soccer pitch and the biotope, which invites you to take a relaxing walk. Our accommodation is close to the Gols wine hiking trail, as well as a perfect starting point for numerous cycling tours in the Neusiedlersee-Seewinkel region. There is a parking lot for our guests in front of the house. Access for guests Guests can use the inner courtyard, the garden and lounge furniture, as well as the shelter for bicycles and baby carriages.

The newly renovated and bright apartment with natural garden is the ideal base for enjoying the Lake Neusiedl National Park. 2 km to the seaside resort with children's beach, sailing and surfing school, 500 m to the national park, 300 m to the train station, 8 km to the Parndorf outlet, starting point for numerous bike paths. Our natural garden is managed according to biological principles. We can offer our guests eggs from free-range chickens, seasonal fruit and vegetables and wine from our own vineyard.

In 2025, I completely renovated another apartment. AVA 3 is 60 m² and is located on the 1st floor of the main house. Premises: entrance area, bathroom with spacious shower (1.20 m x 1 m), sink, private washing machine, separate toilet, large kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed.
