The spacious living/dining area with a very well-equipped kitchen and pull-out sofa bed invites you to linger. Adjacent is the bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200cm) and a bathroom with WC. The rooms have blinds to darken the room and fly screens. In the garden there is a cozy dining and lounge area, as well as a children's playground with slide and swing and a covered area for bicycles. The vacation apartment is located directly at the Zechmeister winery in Gols. Wine tastings with the winemakers can be arranged on request. Some pre-cooled wines and home-made products are also available in the vacation apartment. You are welcome to use herbs and spices from the garden for your own creations in the kitchen. Parents and children will love the vehicles and children's toys. There is also a small farm library with a selection of children's books, novels and cookery books. In the immediate vicinity is the Aquasplash Gols, a volleyball court, soccer pitch and the biotope, which invites you to take a relaxing walk. Our accommodation is close to the Gols wine hiking trail, as well as a perfect starting point for numerous cycling tours in the Neusiedlersee-Seewinkel region. There is a parking lot for our guests in front of the house. Access for guests Guests can use the inner courtyard, the garden and lounge furniture, as well as the shelter for bicycles and baby carriages.

Die umliegenden Weinhänge und das Naturschutzgebiet rund um den Neusiedler See laden zum Wandern, Reiten und Fahrrad fahren ein, sowie der Neusiedler See zum Surfen, Kiten und Segeln und das Outletcenter Parndorf zum Shoppen. Das Haus verfügt über ein Erdgeschoss und einen 1. Stock und ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Das Haus mit voll ausgestatteter Küche und Ausgang in den uneinsehbaren Garten bietet 6 Personen Platz.

Auenblick

The chalet is located at the edge of the forest in the medieval town of Hainburg an der Donau with a view of the Donauauen National Park. The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.

Kleines Sommerhaus am Neusiedler See

Das kleine Gästehaus liegt direkt in Weiden am Neusiedler See. Der Strand ist ca. 1km entfernt und mit Auto bzw. Rad leicht erreichbar. Radverleih gibt es in der Nähe. Der Radweg um den See ist bei den Gästen sehr beliebt. Wassersportaktivitäten: Surfen, Segeln, SUP (Verleih gegen Gebühr am Strand). Anbindung ans öffentliche Netz mittels S-Bahn im Ort. Zum Flughafen ca. 25 Autominuten. Das Gartenhaus ist gut für Paare, alleinreisende Abenteurer und Familien mit Kindern geeignet.

2025 habe ich eine weitere Ferienwohnung komplett renoviert. AVA 3 ist 60m2 groß und befindet sich im 1. Stock des Haupthauses. Räumlichkeiten: Eingangsbereich, Bad mit großzügiger Dusche ( 1,20m x1m), Waschbecken, eigene Waschmaschine, getrenntes WC, große Wohnküche, 2 Schlafräume mit jeweils einem Doppelbett. Alle Räume sind mit einer Zentralheizung ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist hell und modern eingerichtet. Entspann dich in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft.

Unser gemütliches Reihenhaus, welches eingebettet zwischen dem Leithagebirge und dem Neusiedlersee in einer wunderschönen Parkanlage steht bietet Platz für 3 Personen. Das 55m2 große Anwesen unterteilt sich in Vorraum, Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine, Dusche und WC sowie einem geräumigen klimatisierten Wohn- Ess-Schlafraum welcher mit einer voll ausgestatteten Einbauküche samt befülltem Kaffeevollautomaten, einem Doppelbett und einer Schlafcouch ausgestattet ist.

Radfahren, Naturerkundung oder Stadtbesichtigung. Von diesem zentral gelegenen Haus aus könnt ihr den Nationalpark genauso erkunden, wie das Sportangebot des Neusiedler Sees genießen oder mehr über den Wein und die Geschichte dieser Region erfahren. Direkt in der größten Weinbaugemeinde Österreichs seid ihr innerhalb einer Stunde auch in den umliegenden Städten Bratislava, Györ, Eisenstadt oder Wien.
