Just two minutes easy walk from the beach and short walk from shops and amenities, our characterful, centrally heated 2 bedroom ground floor flat is an ideal base for an affordable seaside holiday. Lee offers a range of cafes, tea shops, ice cream parlours, restaurants and takeaways all within a few minutes walk. For younger visitors there is a seafront splash park (open during the summer) and an adventure playground. Local shops include Tesco, the Co-Op and a range of independent stores.

A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. EV charger on site. Metered. Pay for what you use as per our service provider costs. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. The Woodshed

The Woodshed is right in the heart of the South Downs National Park, between the villages of Warnford and Exton, a secluded and peaceful space surrounded by a working farm. The Woodshed has a view of Old Winchester Hill that is magic. Activities in the area include biking, hiking, and angling, and three of the best pubs in Hampshire are within a 5 mile radius. As we are a little distance from the main track, I am happy to come and collect guests from Exton if walking.
