Lovely large beach house in south of Denmark on the island Falster, 94 sqm., close to one of the most attractive beaches in Denmark (500 m). The house was totally renovated in 2008. The house is fully isolated, and has two big bedrooms all fitted with double beds. Spacious bathroom with underfloor heating, shower and washing machine. Large open space kitchen with cooker/oven, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Large open living room with daybed (sleeps two persons) couch, fireplace,TV with DVD. The living room, as well as the rest of the house has a high ceiling, more than four meters. From the living room there is direct access to a large partly covered terrace facing South, with Weber-grill and several seating areas, with good views to the large garden with plenty of space for outdoor activities. Gedesby has one of the best beaches with the cleanest water in all Denmark, named best beach in 2011. Gedesby is exceptionally beautiful with the forest and a long sandy beach. 10 km from Gedesby, is Marielyst with restaurants, cafees, giftsshops, horse rental, golf and mini golf and a lot of other activities etc. Near by: Knuthenborg Safari Park, 40 km Middleage-center Nykøbing F, 20 km Corselitze manor 25 km, where H.C. Andersen stayed for several periodes. Fuglsang Art Museum, 30 km, Møns Klint Geocenter, 1 h 20 min in car. During summer you can go by a small ferry from Stubbekøbing.

The house is ideal for a family vacation or weekend, as well as for a work stay in peace and quiet. The house is cleaned on arrival – therefore a mandatory cleaning fee.

Paula vacation home for 2 people

The very small but very rustic and cozy Paula vacation home has 2 sleeping places in the sleeping loft, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet as well as a small living room and a nice kitchen. The house has a terrace under the walnut tree, as well as a beautiful garden. Due to bed changes in the season, check-in time is generally 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. Of course, it can also be more relaxed by arrangement! No pets. There is an extra charge for linens and electricity (in winter).

Til huset er der både en overdækket og åben terrasse. Der er en sovesofa i stue, og to værelser med dobbelt senge. Sommerhuset er til max 6 personer. Men bedst til 4 personer. Derudover er der 1 stk. Barneseng. Til ferieboligen hører 10 m2 overdækket terrasse, og 80 m2 dejlig stor træterrasse med Grill, og havemøbler.

Cozy cottage on a closed road with two small rooms (one with a 140x200 bed and one with two single beds 70x190 cm), kitchen with dining area, bathroom and living room with sofa area. In addition, covered terrace. The area is the perfect place for peace and quiet; close to Bøtøskoven, Gedesby Strand and Gedesby Mølle. As a guest, you must bring your own bed linen, towels, tea towels, etc. There is no cleaning fee, as it is expected that you will clean up after your visit :-)
