The vacation home is 700 m from the fine sandy beach in Graal-Müritz. Behind the house is the "Große Ribnitzer Moor" with walking paths to the sea. Next to the house there are houses with nice neighbors and a small hotel. In the house, there is a fiber optic connection of 100 Mbit/s. Right at the beach entrance there are three restaurants and close to the vacation home the "Kaffeestübchen Witt." From the S-Bahn station 2 km away, the train runs to Rostock. There are also shops such as Edeka/Penny/Aldi.

Das Ferienhaus liegt im Naturpark Sternberger Seenland, ist 200 Jahre alt und war das ehem. Eishaus des Gutshauses. Es wurde 2017 vollkommen saniert. Die Sauna, Kanu, Ruderboot, Stand-Up-Paddle sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und Badminton können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Groß Raden hat ein archäologisches Freilichtmuseum mit Ferienprogrammen und zwei Restaurants. Vom Steg oder Boot aus kann man angeln oder schwimmen. Zur Ostsee, nach Schwerin sowie nach Wismar und Rostock sind ca. 45 km.

My place is good for couples and families (with kids). The house was completed in 2014 and has a cozy, modern ambience with sauna and fireplace. There is 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 room with double bunk bed. The bungalow has a terrace with furniture and a small garden. There are 4 bikes and a grill. The Baltic Sea beach is easily accessible on foot. There are also shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity.
