PKW Stellplätze sind auf dem Grundstück vorhanden. Fahrräder können sicher abgestellt werden. Haustiere sind Willkommen.

Comfortable detached architectural house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, the A9 motorway exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes away. Many shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.

The apartment has a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large living room with dining area, a bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is about 60 square meters. The furnishing is modern and includes, for example, a box spring bed (1.8 m) in the bedroom as well as a sofa bed in the living room and garden furniture.

The Elster-Park with its approx. 100,000 square meters of gross floor space, is Europe's largest industrial monument from the Gründerzeit [founders' period]. The bright loft with 97 sqm on a total of two levels with an open living and dining area (facing northwest to Nonnenstraße) convinces with a fantastic location and its own boat dock. Leipzig's waterways can be explored with your own 2-person kayak for a small surcharge.

Our small country house - not far from Leipzig – is located in beautiful nature on the small river Parthe. The cottage offers everything you need for a relaxing stay on two levels: clear design combined with a beautiful atmosphere and modern functionality. The small terrace (directly at the cottage) invites you to have morning coffee and the spacious garden (shared use welcome) offers some nice places to relax.

The apartment has free parking and is equipped with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bed linens, towels, TV, fully equipped kitchen and balcony with lake view. The area offers many opportunities for hiking in the Dübener Heide, cycling around the lake or for excursions to Dessau with the famous master houses.
