Appartement fidèle à la description et aux photos. Alessandra était très réactive. Chouette emplacement pour visiter Venise un peu en dehors de la cohue touristique.

Martin的房子非常好，非常有品质的装饰和用品，我们选择在楼下的Casa Bonita餐厅用餐，味道也很不错。房子位于主岛，很方便，门口有4.1和4.2 waterbus码头，非常方便。

Our family of 5 loved our stay at Davide's apartment in Venice. The location was excellent but also quiet - so close to so much! Davide was a great host - so helpful with lots of great tips & useful information to help us have an awesome time on Venice! We highly recommend.

Angelo takes pride in both his accommodation and his insightful approach. Getting a lift to and from the boat to Main Venice was a real blessing. All the best beaches we're available by bus. The promenades nearby a delight.. I found the keys a bit tricky at timed but probably just me. Great stay

Wir wollten die Theaterbiennale in Venedig mit der Möglichkeit sich am Meer zu erholen verbinden. Das Apartment liegt direkt am Meer, so dass wir morgens und/oder abends ins Meer springen konnten. Außerdem haben wir die funktionale Möblierung sehr geschätzt.

Appartamento in posizione strategica. Dalla fermata del traghetto di Pellestrina si prende il bus 11 che in 3 minuti ti porta alla fermata Sant'Antonio dove in 2 minuti a piedi si giunge all'alloggio di Davide. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno accolto i suoi genitori, gentilissimi, i quali ci hanno dato anche ottimi consigli sui ristoranti da provare e sui posti da vedere. L'appartamento è molto pulito, confortevole e completo di beni di prima necessità (the, caffè,moka, pentole di tutti i tipi, lenzuola, asciugamani) con un patio esterno fornito di tavolo per pranzare e ombrellone per ripararsi dal sole... una meraviglia! essendo in zona molto tranquilla si assaporano pranzi e cene all'aperto dove regna relax e silenzio.. a 2 minuti a piedi si ha un piccolo supermarket e a 5 minuti a piedi il primo bar.. poi ristoranti e tanta natura... in neanche 5 minuti si arriva anche alle spiagge. direi bellissima esperienza!

We had a great stay at the artists apartment. It’s private and quiet but still close to the action. The art is beautiful and the story of the place is unique! The hosts are even helping me get my favorite blazer back which I left by accident :) highly recommended.

We had a great stay in Venice. The apartment is very well located in San Polo, close to Rialto and two vaporetto stops. It’s well equipped, with lots of windows and good ventilation. Communication with the host was excellent. He met us at the vaporetto station, which made finding the apartment much easier (a big help in Venice!). He gave us a warm welcome and great local tips. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend booking Andrea’s place in Venice. It was the perfect stay, with very thorough and clear instructions checking in. It is spacious, relaxing and offers privacy. The spa was absolutely perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking and enjoying the accommodations of the city. Andrea was also very kind enough to check in through messaging and make sure we had everything we needed. You’ll be highly satisfied and definitely feel that you got your money’s worth in this location. 10/10!!!

Es war alles tip top. Schneller Check-In obwohl wir zu früh dran waren. Völlig unproblematische Kommunikation. Unterkunft wie beschrieben - modern, sauber, völlig ausreichend für 3-4 Personen. Strand war in 10min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unsere Tochter hatte auch gestrahlt als sie das Trampolin im Garten entdeckt hat!

Bellissimo appartamento, in una posizione molto tranquilla. Cucina e bagno attrezzati, è tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Purtroppo la sera a Burano non ci sono molti posti aperti, sarebbe stato meglio organizzarsi per cenare a casa. Con i bambini bisogna stare attenti alla scala che è un po’ esposta. Super consigliata!

Die Wohnung ist ideal , um mit dem Wasserboot Venedig zu besuchen und sich dann auf dem Lido vom Trubel zu erholen. Das Meer mit öffentlichen Strandzugang ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt! Mit dem Bus oder Fahrrad kommt man leicht zum Ableger (10-15Minuten). Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.Schöne Terrasse und Balkon mit Meerblick! Tey ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

We loved the aesthetic and location of Michele’s family summer house on Lido. It’s a proper 1960s gem. Well equipped and clean. Michele was super helpful. Was nice to be a little bit away from the craziness of Venice in a chilled neighbourhood.

Le logement est parfait! Se rendre à Venise est très simple à partir de l'appartement. Il est spacieux et confortable. Elena nous a laissé des instructions très claires pour le fonctionnement de tous les appareils. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique! Nous recommandons ce logement.

When our original flat was cancelled at the last minute we were so relieved that Nena and Elena were able to give us a later check-in and accommodate us. They were both in touch on our day of arrival and we felt very reassured - great hosts. The house was lovely, lots of space, very quiet at night and we slept so well. Thank you

I cannot recommend Maria enough. Her and her husband’s hospitality was unmatched. From arranging all water taxis, to meeting upon arrival and escorting to the rental, to the detailed materials provided on safe and easy travel throughout the city with all the must sees and local favorites, they provided exceptional care for us to enjoy our stay and ensure we had the best experience possible. Highly recommended for anyone traveling to Venice.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home, which is located in what feels like a surreal spot in Venice. The apartment was spotless and perfectly clean, and we were especially grateful for the host’s flexibility with our check-in time. Communication was always smooth and quick, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. As two architects visiting Venice for the Biennale, we found the location ideal — close to both Arsenale and Giardini. I would absolutely love to stay here again on my next visit to Venice, if it’s available.

Wir haben für 4 Tage die Unterkunft bewohnt, wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (6 und 11). Größe hat gut gepasst. Es war eine angenehme Gegend und alles in unmittelbarer Nähe (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Wasserbushaltestelle LIDO und auch zum Strand (wir waren am free beach) war es nicht weit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Restaurantempfehlungen waren sehr gut! Die Türen zum kleinen Innenhof hatten Fliegengitter, Temperatur war im Mai noch sehr angenehm, Klimaanlage brauchten wir noch nicht. Praktisch fanden wir, dass Handtücher, Duschgel, Seife, Klopapier… vorhanden war.

A true gem! The balcony really adds a unique dimension; to be able and watch every day life in Venice was so interesting. The apartment is in easy walk of great cafes and restaurants and handy for The Vaporetto and water taxis. We travelled with my 89 year old mother and were very grateful for the flexible check in after our early flight. We ate out each meal, so easy with so many great places in easy walking distance. Amongst our favourite, for breakfast was San Giovanni Vini e Cicchetti for fabulous chichetti !

Valeria und Paolo sind sehr gute Gastgeber. Schon vor der Reise haben sie uns gute Tipps gegeben. Sie waren jederzeit sofort erreichbar. Das Check-in war sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz. Herrlich ist die Dachterasse mit Blick aufs Meer und um die Sonnenuntergänge zu geniessen. Die Wohnung ist an einem guten Ort, die Bushaltestelle ist praktisch vor der Haustür und der Bus fährt alle 20 Minuten. Die Möglichkeit am Strand, in der Natur und doch so schnell in der Altstadt von Venedig zu sein hat unserer Familie, mit Teenagern, sehr gefallen. Danke herzlich für die schöne Zeit in Alberoni.

We had the most amazing time at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how thoughtfully everything was prepared. The owner had thought of every little detail to ensure we had the best stay possible. The location was perfect – only a 10-15 minute walk to the city centre and just a 5-minute stroll to the boat taxi stop, which was so convenient for getting to the airport. The area itself was beautiful and peaceful, yet close to all the action. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Venice – highly recommend! Just to note, Dott was so helpful and responded within a few hours! One of the best hosts we have had :)

Great place to base yourself to explore Venice, Lido, and the other islands. The Lido is beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. A great place to retreat to at the end of the day after exploring the busy and crowded Venice. Paolo's place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Perfect!

Adriana’s apartment was a great find in Venice. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It is on the 4th floor so difficult if you have mobility issues but worth it for the view! Adriana was a great host, letting us check in early and leave our luggage at the apartment until our flight later in the day. I would definitely recommend this listing.

Couldn’t ask for more really. The apartment is stylish old school with big windows, beautiful private courtyard, 1 min from a vaporetto stop and 2 stops from Piazza San Marco. I liked the beautiful view from across the big canal and the fact I had to use boat transport which made for a very lovely experience. The kitchen was super well equipped even had coffee, tees, pasta, olive oil etc. Federico is super proactive communicator - I haven’t had such detailed instructions and tips ever from a host. Even met his mum Angela who gave us the keys :)
