Cottage holiday rentals in Grand Rapids

This place is super cute! The living room and dining room were spacious enough to fit 6 adults comfortably. The shower stayed hot for all of us to take showers in the morning one right after the other. It's close to Saugatuck and Douglas which are both great communities to visit and there are so many cute shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

Kate and Dave’s house on Hess Lake was lovely. Very relaxing and spacious. Hess Lake has always been a home away from home, so staying here was extra special. Thank you Kate and Dave for a wonderful few days!

This place is so pretty. It was very spacious and the surroundings were gorgeous! We did not want to live. We felt like we were home and the beach was only a few minutes away. Zach was very helpful and responsive and very accommodating. The only thing we did not like was that the landscaping people were there twice during our stay. Waking up our baby one morning. We also had an issue w one of the hammocks but did not address this with Zach until after our stay.

Joshua was an excellent host. He was very responsive and flexible. The home was exactly as described. The yard was great for the kids to play in. View from the deck is beautiful and very quiet and relaxing. House was a great fit for our vacation. Bedrooms were very nice with comfy mattress and bedding. Bathrooms were stocked with a few essentials which is always a great touch. Living room / dining room area are beautiful and well designed to host a larger group like ours. We most definitely would recommend and would stay at the home again! Thank you Joshua for saving our vacation!

We used the home for an annual ladies only get away, it was relaxing, beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed including a beautiful hot tub, our host was very responsive to messages, I would recommend it to anyone and will consider it again for a relaxing getaway.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Saugatuck! The place was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The location was perfect—just a short walk to downtown Saugatuck, restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. The home had a great blend of charm and modern touches. We especially loved the outdoor patio, and hot tub. The beds were comfortable. Kim was responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out super easy. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Saugatuck. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We went here for a birthday weekend with plans to attend Hippiefest, which was also great with lots of vendors, good music and lots of food truck options. The house was beautiful, access to the boat was unreal, and being pet friendly was a huge plus. They communicated very well and were friendly definitely would recommend to a friend! What amazing weekend!

We had a wonderful stay. The place was easy to find and clean. The dishes and cookware were not. Wish the boat could be rented for shorter period too. Overall our experience was good.

Communication was seamless from start to finish, and Jacob went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was conveniently located for our job site and when we had to extend he did everything to accommodated to our needs! Perfect private cabin in the woods. It is far enough from downtown Saugatuck to avoid traffic but close enough that we could easily run back to relieve the dog when needed. About 7 minutes from downtown Saugatuck. There were so many amenities we didn't get to use (ran out of time), but were super nice to see like the fire pit and the sauna. It is super private and very well hidden. Maybe too well hidden. My only gripe regarding our stay was the initial finding of the driveway LOL. It looks more like a trail and it is RIGHT after the guardrail nearby. But hey, you can guarantee no one will stumble upon your private stay. The interior of this studio cabin was gorgeous and super clean. Overall, we ran out of time to explore all of Saugatuck and we will definitely be using this place again the next time we visit.

We absolutely loved the location of this adorable cottage right in town and so walkable to everywhere in Saugatuck. The views were great and the chairs on the patio looking out on the water were so relaxing. The bed was comfy and it had everything we needed. I also loved that they had cable, so we could relax for a bit before bed and not have to try to remember passwords to log into our streaming platforms.

This is our second stay at the cottage and the first stay we rated it a 5 star and we would rate higher this time if we could . We had a baby shower for our daughter and the cottage was PERFECT .

Kevin was an excellent host! After arriving, he proactively reached out to make sure everything was satisfactory. The property was as described and within close proximity of the beach. Both checking in and out were seamless. I would highly recommend staying here!

This place was beautiful and cozy. Very nostalgic lake house vibe. The kids played the NES and watched vhs while we just hung out. Thanks for the stay and the accommodations!

This House is the perfect summer getaway for all Families! The toddlers absolutely loved the beach and the water and Brenda was extremely accommodating to them! The nature and bird watching were phenomenal. The perfect mix of peacefullness and fun to make for the perfect family Vacation for any Family, Thank You Brenda!!

I can honestly say I was very comfortable in Jon’s home and so was my family. It was very clean and his house look like the pictures. I rented this Airbnb because I am a Ferris State graduate and I had to come down here for my ceremony . The hotels were extremely too high so I decided to get an Airbnb with my family instead of getting multiple hotel rooms and my family enjoyed being there as well. I would go there again most definitely l. Everything looks exactly like the pictures and it was really clean and organized. They had everything there far as in the cooking utensils. I did for my family, but overall the visit was very good and I enjoyed myself.

The cabin was just as described, and it fit our needs perfectly. It is listed as a fishing cabin and we used the provided canoe and fished. My wife and I caught 41 bass between the two of us. When we weren’t fishing, we were relaxing under the giant willow tree on the edge of the lake. The view was truly amazing. We saw an eagle, many osprey, many great blue herons, a pair of swans with a baby, and even a muskrat swam by. Our stay was fantastic. Thank you, Aaron.

This was a wonderful stay for us. We had a great time, and we will definitely be back. The cabin and river in the backyard was so peaceful and relaxing. Enjoyed every minute. Lisa is prompt and quick to respond and provides everything you need to be comfortable.

I was traveling for business in Grand Rapids and it was nice to come back to a peaceful lake house. Beds were comfortable house was clean and only a 20 minute drive.

Kari & Kris were excellent hosts! Super nice & friendly. We had a little accident on the property and they were extremely gracious and understanding. The place was super clean and well stocked. It has everything you need. The property is in an area that is very quiet & peaceful. You feel very comfortable and right at home. If we visit again, we will definitely come back!
