The home gets excellent natural light and offers gorgeous lake + park views from multiple rooms in the house & outside deck. Updated on both levels including kitchen, living room, furniture, appliances, w/ the original hardwood floors refinished. We are easy walking distance to downtown + the 8th St. Farmers Market on Saturdays.

Tankless water heater for endless showers Onsite laundry. Very tastefully decorated The first floor will give you that up north feel with beautiful knotty pine walls.
