For those complaining about the dog: just follow the instructions provided by the host and he gets to be your best friend in no time. Host was very responsive to inquiries. The only complaint(?) I really have is that the bed was rather small (twin). If you can overlook that, your stay will be just fine.

Beautiful, clean, spacious room. The kitchen is also really nice. The house is very close to a major street with lots of restaurants and a Kroger nearby, and is also close to OSU campus. Easy access to public transportation. The host kindly allowed me to check in early. Overall a very pleasant stay.
