Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Grapevine Lake

Michelle was a great communicator and the home was amazing. The backyard oasis was fully utilized under this Texas sun.

We were in town for a wedding and Tony's place was PERFECT in every aspect. It's beautiful, the neighborhood is safe and conveniently located to Coĺleyville. 10/10 recommend

We highly enjoyed our stay! This is a great place to stay, especially for families with kids. The large backyard provided plenty of space to play and the quiet neighborhood provided a relaxing environment. We would definitely recommend staying here to friends.

A great experience. Home was clean, well-kept and hosts spent a lot of effort in making sure that stay was positive. Accomodations were very nice. Beds were comfortable, plenty of pool towels, kitchen accessories, etc. Back-yard is very nice with fence around the pool that was a relief to keep toddlers out of pool unless with adults and having turf all over made all of the amenities usable. Lots for children to do and spaces to use. Good use of space. Great location as parts of family easily made it to Fort Worth Zoo and theme parks in Arlington. Hosts took time and effort to effectively communicate and to meet our needs. Neighborhood is quiet and no issues arose during our stay. Would give it more than 5 starts if possible.

The place was great. Bijay was very responsive and very flexible with us on different things that popped up during the trip. It was close to different amenities but far enough away that we could sit outside and hear the birds chirping in the morning!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this Airbnb and it won’t be the last! Huy is the best host I’ve ever had and the house is beautiful. Tons of little perks when staying here. So much thought has gone into making this Airbnb truly standout from others. I would 100% recommend staying here with a large group!

Awesome and peaceful stay! Perfect size and great price for what we needed! The only complaint I have is that the fridge didn’t really work, but the freezer did and it honestly didn’t take away from our stay! It was quiet, private, easy to get to, clear instructions and plenty of parking space! I also felt very safe staying here as well! Would definitely stay again!

I can’t say enough about this place. Literally fell in love with it. Super clean, location couldn’t have been anymore perfect. This was a last minute choice and was the best decision. The hosts were extremely nice and responsive. The recommendations for sights and food are something I will definitely be back for. I literally felt at home. The bed was so comfy! If you’re thinking about booking just do it you won’t be disappointed.

location was good, right in the heart of night life. check in instructions were obsolete for me But host was very responsive and walked me through check in very easily!

Legacy is one of my fave places in Dallas, and this was the most perfect place to stay. Ample garaged parking which is rare in this area. The apartment was well stocked, clean and beautiful. Walkable to tonnes of eateries, and the balconette was great for watching the fountain show of an evening. Newman was super helpful, friendly and informative. Great host! I'd absolutely stay here on my next trip, Thanks Newman!

I loved this place… Omg, it was so spacious… Beautiful home… We’re from the MS Delta so the back porch was perfect… The bunk beds was an amazing additions, if you have kids traveling it’s a must book… It was close to everything we did… I would definitely recommend… We saw some nice bunny’s as well…

Cabin 1 is great for 2 people. Its in a great area with a huge dog park and friendly guests. We have stayed here 3 times now. Its conveniently located near our family.

My stay was an extended stay between selling my house and moving into my new one. They were amazing through every step. Such a beautiful and quiet location to relax and enjoy. Highly recommend staying here

We really enjoyed our stay at Oscar’s place the tiny home experience was great it may be small but it felt so roomy Very clean and well equipped our fur babies loved it as well It was very cold outside and the cabin stayed warm and cozy. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The place is beautiful, you can watch the sunrise over the lake while sipping your morning coffee. The house was well cared for and well stocked - I felt very welcome, it’s really obvious from how the place is set up that the hosts take pride in ensuring you have a great stay. The Lake level was the only negative thing on the trip and that is out of anyone's control.

My family had a fantastic stay at Kristen’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was prompt and friendly throughout our stay. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful! You will frequently see wildlife on the property all times of the day! You will need to download the offline version of your maps due to lack of cell service, but also wasn't a problem for us to unplug and relax! The Wi-Fi works great once you make it to the Bunkhouse! Would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area and would love to return again. Thank you for being a wonderful host!

Everything was on point from check in to check out. The space was very clean, very comfortable, and being able to sit on the back patio to drink coffee and watch the horses was an unexpected treat. When we travel back to the Denton area, this will be our first look for sure.
