A very special experience: The two apartments are located directly on the "Sepp'n-Bauer" adventure farm at Lake Chiemsee - a wide variety of animals from small to large, farm tours, carriage rides and much more. Here, relaxation in nature is combined with unforgettable moments on an agricultural estate! With farm shop on the first floor. These are two separate apartments in the same house that can be booked together for larger groups of guests. MY STAY lets moments live!

Our apartment is located in Grassau within walking distance of the town center as well as the beautiful golf course and its surrounding nature. There is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity. The nearest train stations are Bernau and Overseas. We can't wait to see you soon!

Centrally located a few minutes' drive from Bad Reichenhall and Salzburg. Berchtesgaden can be reached in around 20 minutes. A small grocery store is just around the corner on Untersbergstrasse and is open 7 days a week (Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.). A beautiful family outdoor pool is just a 5-minute walk away.
