Maximilian helped us immediately after we had to look for a new place to stay at short notice. In general, the communication really worked very well. We felt very comfortable in the accommodation - nice furnishings, super bright, clean, great kitchen, large garden with terrace. We will be happy to come back!

We were very satisfied with the apartment. You have privacy, you really don't hear anything from the many neighbors and there is enough space despite the fact that it is only one room. The balcony is perfect for admiring the sunrise directly over the sea. And the surroundings are really beautiful! What we didn't know before: There is no oven, no freezer and no way to ventilate. The only window is basically the door to the balcony, which doesn't provide much cooling in the room. Air conditioning would be a dream. At the end of May, however, it was still bearable for us. Overall, a great relaxing holiday and definitely a recommendable apartment on the Baltic Sea!

For us, the apartment was a peaceful idyll. We really enjoyed our time there. The location is perfect for exploring the surroundings on foot, by bike or by car. Glenn is a very friendly and accommodating host. He answered our questions about the environment and helped us a lot. Thank you for the beautiful days :)!

We felt very comfortable at the place! Everything was clean, lovingly furnished and provided with many small details that made the stay particularly pleasant. Everything was really thought of - even for our 2.5-year-old daughter there were toys and an extra cot. Communication with Lea was straightforward, warm and very reliable. We would come back anytime!

I was extremely grateful and happy that I had chosen this accommodation when I arrived in front of the house. Beautifully landscaped flower beds, lawn, private terrace, private carport and fantastic surroundings. Pure nature and, above all, real peace. Exactly what I had hoped for. Beautifully and stylishly furnished inside. There is everything you need for a holiday. Whether a folder with all the important and useful tips and recommendations for the stay or a freezer or a washing machine. Everything has been thought of here. The hosts are very friendly and likeable. They give you the feeling of having a real piece of home here. I felt the same way and was able to really enjoy my vacation there. I will definitely come back.

The apartment is small but nice. We could use the beautiful garden area behind the house at any time, which was very pleasant on the beautiful days. The location was perfect for our excursions to Wismar, Lübeck and the Baltic Sea. and we could park directly in front of the house. The dog was allowed in the garden at any time, and could also do his business there. The only small drawback for us seniors was the location of the bed and the rather limited possibility of getting into the bed. All in all, we humans and the old dog felt very comfortable, anytime again!

The apartment has a high-quality standard and is very spacious for two people. In the kitchen you will find everything you need, even basic foodstuffs such as salt, pepper and coffee were available. The windows to the street are very well soundproofed: you can't hear a car passing by. Due to the massive walls, the house is pleasantly cool even at high outside temperatures. The only small drawback was the bedroom window, which could not be completely darkened. As a host, I can highly recommend Iris: The communication was friendly, smooth, unobtrusive and courteous from start to finish. In short: perfect. The town of Klütz is very beautiful; many old houses, a castle and yet far away from the hustle and bustle of nearby Boltenhagen. We liked the beach of Schwansee very much. We will be happy to come back.

Tilo was super accessible and friendly. Due to my long drive, I was even able to go in at 12pm at night, which was really very convenient for me. The apartment was discreet and nicely decorated. The apartment is right next to a church, but nevertheless it did not bother my sleep (was not noisy). Parking was also available. Was a really nice, quiet and pleasant time there.

We really enjoyed our stay Hagen and Ceylan were very friendly, helpful hosts. The apartment is lovingly furnished and very spacious. I would stop by again at any time!

Everything was great with Ilona, from the communication before arrival to the uncomplicated departure. A clean apartment in the middle of the countryside. When the weather is nice, you can relax on the great terrace. The apartment is a great starting point for excursions by bike in the area. Thank you for the wonderful time!

We felt at home in this well-equipped, quiet apartment. The contact with Jeanette was uncomplicated and obliging. The proximity to the sea and nature was very relaxing for us. We will be happy to come back!

We loved our stay! We were a group of 6 friends and really enjoyed our stay at the place! It was a very adorable apartment. The kitchen had the needed amenities, and if something was missing, a quick text to the host got that sorted right away! There are free bikes to borrow and although they aren’t the most modern bikes obviously, they did their job in making the trip fun! There isn’t much to do in the nearest vicinity and a car is probably your safest bet for the trip, but we really enjoyed it :) One thing to note is there are a few spiders around the apartment, but it’s normal, so as long as you’re okay with the little creatures, I’m sure you’ll have a lovely time! Oh, and the ceiling is slightly lower than usual, but none of us had to fear bumping our heads so it worked out nicely. All in all, a recommendation for a calm holiday in the north!

I wondered beforehand how the private terrace on the first floor works, the solution was quite simple😉: on an extension of the first floor. You get to the apartment entrance through an external staircase and there is also the terrace. Very spacious. In the apartment then the WOW effect, as it is larger than it appears in the pictures. Direct well-being guaranteed. No colorful mixed-up facilities but harmonious in subtle colors (makes a lot of difference for me!). If I had wanted to cook, I would have found everything I needed for it. Existential for me: microwave 😉 Very nice bathroom. Small, but you have enough space due to the very practical shower enclosure. Of the three beds in the bedroom, I only used one and slept wonderfully there. I was able to park my bike safely and out of sight from the street on the property protected from rain. We'd love to come back! 🫶🏼

My husband and I spent the vacation together with our 2 year old son in the apartment and were very enthusiastic. The check-in was very straightforward. The apartment is very well equipped and clean. It is clear that the house and garden are being taken care of intensively. The apartment is in a quiet location two side streets from the beach promenade. We agree with previous vacationers on the points of criticism. We also believe that a towel/linen package should be included in the price. The light of the WLAN router in the bedroom is really extremely bright. In addition, the pillows were far too voluminous. The three points are high-level complaints. We would book the apartment again without hesitation and always recommend it.

We had a very nice vacation. Everything in the apartment was as described. Unfortunately, the WiFi didn't work.

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. More than enough space for 6 people. Even with two bathrooms, there was no morning "scramble"! Everything super clean, wonderfully quiet. Shopping just across the street. Everything is great! We will be back.

It was our second stay at Quartierfreund, and we were completely satisfied again. The apartment was nicely decorated and well equipped. Especially the sauna and the bathtub were real highlights. Everything was clean, and the sea view from the balcony was simply fantastic. We had nothing to complain about and can only recommend the accommodation!

Everything was perfect, we felt right at home and could enjoy our days very much. In this quiet village, Alexander's apartment is the perfect oasis of well-being with first-class amenities, whether in the very modern bathroom, in the kitchen or in the hot tub, which also works perfectly in winter. We will be happy to come back and highly recommend the apartment! :)
