Very central location, apartment was very modern and clean. Enjoyed our stay but would highlight that the apartment is hard to access with large luggage and/or elderly guests, otherwise would highly recommend.

It was a beautiful stay right in the heart of Florence with a Duomo view! We loved the location and ambience of the area. We felt extremely safe in the neighborhood and everything was walking distance. Can’t beat a better location for all things Florence!

Lorenzo is a very responsive and nice host. The place is as described. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Great apartment. Great location. A little disappointing to go outside and see the outdoor area dusty and not set up for guests. The outdoor space had empty pots and non of the decorations from the photos, BUT the lush garden around and at the top of the stairs was really lovely, and made up for it. The kitchen had what you need, and what was lacking, the host was quick to remedy. I would recommend this place.

Rosa’s place has everything you need if you want to spend a few days exploring Bologna. It’s super close to the Bologna Borgo Panigale station which is only one stop from the central station. It’s small, but well equipped and very quiet. The terrace is nice as long as the temps remain reasonable (we were there in a heatwave). Communication was great! Thank you, Rosa!!

Rebecca has curated a space with intention and care — the result is a cozy spot that makes the perfect home-base for exploring Florence. She was kind enough to let us store our bags after check-out, and quick to respond to every question. The space was impeccably clean, the bed was comfortable, and the views were icing on the cake.

Apartment was great, plenty of space for our family with a fun patio area to relax on. Great views across Bologna and easy walk to restaurants, all the sites and train station. Great place to stay.

Im not sure I have the words to describe how wonderful our stay was. Leonardo is the kindest host. He went above and beyond to help us prepare for our stay, get us checked in and met us for a proper goodbye. The home is immaculate and luxurious but very comfortable and designed so cool! The best part is the pool. We spent most of our time at the pool. We loved cooking and using the outside grill. Leonardo has a shopper you can hire to have groceries waiting for you. This was so helpful. We were a quick taxi or bus ride from all the attractions. We loved Florence but staying at Leonardo’s home made it the best stay we had in Europe! It’s the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Thank you Leonardo for everything, we will dream of coming back someday.

Place was lovely, and space was ideal for us as a base for a couple nights exploring. very clean and host very responsive. parking in the adjacent street was cheap and the outdoor garden was lovely. it does have very steep stone stairs up to the bedrooms & bathroom which would be tricky for anyone with mobility issues. There were a lot of rules and guidelines, the second bedroom not made up with sheet etc, but none the less the small bedroom was very comfy and I had a great nights sleep!

Gorgeous modern space in a great location just a short walk to many sights in the historic city center. The apartment is beautifully appointed. The name of the apartment is Silence House, but we did hear quite a bit of street noise at night. That may have been bad timing as there was a festival in the city center that weekend. We had a rental car but the garage wasn’t available for use - if you need the garage, check with the host beforehand. The host got us a ZTL pass to park nearby, but the timing was bad with the festival and I had to drive around for close to an hour to find a parking spot. The hosts were always very quick to respond to any messages. They proactively checked in with us to see how things were going during our stay. If you want to stay in the city center, this is your modern home away from home.

Valentina was very kind, for my son she provided us with a high chair and camping cot... as well as a box with useful accessories (soaps, plastic cups and plates, bottle warmer and 2 books). The apartment matches the description. The sofas outside create an additional private outdoor space. The garden is enchanting... I must say that we had a really good time. Thank you!!!!

Luciana’s place was perfect for my stay in Bologna. The apartment has a very comfortable living space and the location is only a short 10 min walk to the main piazza and many other attractions. Luciana was excellent at communicating and made me feel very welcome.

Daniela’s place was pretty and clean, exactly as described: within a block of the tram which was 4 stops (8 minutes) into Florence downtown. We chose this apartment specifically because we had a rental car and knew we couldn’t drive into Florence city center and this was exactly as described. Very comfortable, pretty and clean! There is a great supermarket nearby, a pizza restaurant and an amazing gelato place (Leoncino’s)- seriously, go there! Daniela was very responsive and everything was great!

Staying at Fabrizio’s place in Florence was an absolute pleasure. From the moment i booked, Fabrizio was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. He provided clear directions, great local recommendations, and made check-in smooth and easy. The apartment itself was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and full of charm. The location was perfect: close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Fabrizio clearly takes pride in being a great host, and it shows. We felt very welcome and well taken care of. Beautiful apartment, highly recommended. The location is ideal for accessing all over the city, with amazing food and drink very close. Maria Vittoria was an excellent host, going above and beyond to help us and resolve any issues. We would happily stay again, hopefully for longer next time!

It is a compact apartment. There is a small elevator that works well, but there’s still a flight of stairs to get up to the unit. Once you get up there, the view is amazing. The apartment lives much larger because of the terrace. We had some extremely hot days but the air conditioning worked great. Try the Dyson filter fan too, it really adds to the comfort. There’s a nice bakery/Café directly across the street with wonderful pastries for the morning and the market about a 10 minute walk away is wonderful for fresh fruits and salads.
