Unsere liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung ist der ideale Ort, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und einfach mal die Seele baumeln zu lassen. „Prignitz ist für den einen Privileg und für den anderen Pampa" Die Liegenschaft ist 5,3 ha groß. Im Januar 2021 wurde ein Großteil mit ca. 9.000 jungen Laubbäumen bewaldet und mit einem Wildschutzzaun eingezäunt.

The old half-timbered building, a former stable, was renovated with high quality and sustainably with natural materials. Clay plaster on the walls and the wood-burning stove guarantee an excellent indoor climate, and the walk to the wood-fired sauna promises absolute relaxation!

In Schweinrich on the motorboat-free Dranser See lies the romantic holiday home "Landlust" with an idyllic large garden, only 100 meters from the bathing area. There is a boat house with its own jetty. Canoe, kayaks and sailing dinghies (sailing skills required) can be rented. The 45m² apartment sleeps three comfortably, the two front rooms have windows overlooking the river, and the entire apartment is decorated with original artwork, including handmade quilts and hand-knotted rugs. Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The house & barn of the listed 3-sided courtyard are built in oak half-timbering. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees are pruned, the house can be seen in all its splendor. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind shady foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

Charming, quiet apartment in the farmhouse with separate access. You will live and sleep on separate levels. The kitchen (freezer, fridge, dishwasher, induction stove, oven, extractor hood) and bathroom (double sink, bidet) are fully equipped. You have your own garden area, a terrace by the house and direct access to our spacious lounge. Unfortunately, the accommodation is NOT suitable for a stay with children!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The apartment is one of four apartments in a lovingly and naturally renovated estate near Pritzwalk. The old manor house was originally built in 1826 and is now, after years of natural restoration, finally finished. Rustic and modern at the same time, it enchants with many original details. A real oasis of well-being to slow down and unwind. Or to get creative.

Wutike on-demand stop

Your house was built as a freight floor of Wutike station. We have completely renovated the old building and have now also completed the sauna in the old laundry room. This has also created two more sleeping places, so now 9 people can relax. We prefer it if you can arrive by train. When have you ever had your private train home? Several times a day a very charming little train passes by here.
