Das Ferienhaus liegt im Naturpark Sternberger Seenland, ist 200 Jahre alt und war das ehem. Eishaus des Gutshauses. Es wurde 2017 vollkommen saniert. Die Sauna, Kanu, Ruderboot, Stand-Up-Paddle sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und Badminton können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Groß Raden hat ein archäologisches Freilichtmuseum mit Ferienprogrammen und zwei Restaurants. Vom Steg oder Boot aus kann man angeln oder schwimmen. Zur Ostsee, nach Schwerin sowie nach Wismar und Rostock sind ca. 45 km.

Es bietet eine voll ausgestattet Küche sowie Grill Möglichkeiten. Der Kamin sorgt für gemütliche Stunden auch in der kalten Jahreszeit. Hunde sind herzliche willkommen. Das Haus liegt mitten bei Pferdekoppeln & Feldern. Rehe,Fuchs, Hase & Kraniche gehören zum Bild. Erbaut 1736, renoviert und saniert 2024.
