The special feature of the maritime furnished houseboat is the completely accessible roof terrace and the free view of the Baltic Sea and the Fehmarnsund Bridge. The houseboat is designed for 5 persons and connects the living area with its 2 sun terraces to the east and west with an intelligent room layout on 56 sqm area.

In August 2017, we sealed our marriage here on the Baltic Sea and we are so happy that we have now found a fixed anchorage just under six years later. We love the water and you really can't get any closer than in the Marina.
