The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Our apartment "Hanoi" is 50 square meters and consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a living-sleeping area. Stay in an extraordinary Leipzig industrial monument: The 97 m² gallery loft stretches over two levels and impresses with almost six-meter-high ceilings, large window facades and an open-plan living and dining area. Located right on the water, it combines historic industrial architecture with modern living comfort. A highlight is the private boat dock. From here, you can explore Leipzig's waterways with our two-person kayak, which is available for a small surcharge.

A quiet spot between two lakes... perfect for switching off, but guaranteed not boring. Whether beach, water sports, hiking, biking or fishing: there is something for everyone. If you like it cozy, spend time in the lovingly furnished holiday home, play a round of darts or billiards or throw on the grill, with delicious specialties from the butcher next door. The evening can be spent relaxing by the fire pit. Leipzig and Halle can be reached in 30–40 minutes.

Quiet 2-room apartment (60 sqm) with Saale view It is an apartment on the garden level with a private terrace overlooking the Saale. The apartment has a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large living room with dining area, a bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is about 60 square meters. The furnishing is modern and includes, for example, a box spring bed (1.8 m) in the bedroom as well as a sofa bed in the living room and garden furniture.

Holiday in the Seedatsche "Vierwasser“: the beach in front of you, the terrace on the sunny side and everything the holiday heart desires. Very functional but homely furnishings made of modern and natural elements: oak planks, workshop oven, infrared heating, sleeping mattresses in the pointed floor, well thought-out lighting concept. And it comes with a bit of nostalgia: a record player. Make yourself comfortable and unwind in the tiny house.

The best way to get to downtown Leipzig is by S-Bahn [suburban train], which you can walk to in 5 minutes from your apartment. There is a bus to the Belantis Amusement Park or you can reach it by car in 10 minutes from us.

The area offers many opportunities for hiking in the Dübener Heide, cycling around the lake or for excursions to Dessau with the famous master houses.
