Spacious apartment in the house of the young farmer

Modern and open-plan apartment in the newly renovated farmhouse. Stylish rustic interior design. The farm is located in the middle of an idyllic village surrounded by lakes and hills. The village lake is just a few steps away. There is a fireplace in the yard. During the harvest season and for cultivation in the fall, there is of course a little more activity. The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The old henhouse build in +-1940. We didn't change the outlay of the house, kept beams and location of windows are original (low above the ground). Only 24 sq m, but feels larger than it is. Located in the lower garden of Lake House Lebehn, with own garden and a wooden terrace. €10 pet fee per dog per visit. No female dogs in season, please. No EV charging facility.
