Beautiful apartment located upstairs in Quonset barn with high ceilings, tall windows offering natural light. Large deck with Weber gas grill and seating to enjoy water features and Natural surroundings. It has a contemporary custom kitchen and bath with steam shower. Cozy living area with a queen sleeper and a nice size bedroom. Downstairs offers a large seating area, half bath, and full size washer and dryer. For warm summer nights, enjoy an outdoor shower.

This luxurious boutique cabin (one of 3) is located in the heart of the Fredericksburg wine country. This cabin has recently finished construction and is located on my 26 acre ranch on a beautiful hilltop about 5 miles outside of Fredericksburg. We have a horse and three donkeys that guests can feed upon request. Our guests love the fabulous views and sunsets, the quiet serenity, and the well thought out cabin amenities. Also an especially good location for biciclists & motorcyclists. One small house-trained dog that remains leashed while outdoors is welcome.
