It's right next to Piazza Matteotti, so it was very convenient when coming from the train station or shopping at the big super. It's also close to Santa Chiara and a 10-15 minute walk to Francis Cathedral, which is great. There are two bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen, so it was convenient. However, if you are uncomfortable with your legs, there are stairs from the front door to the room and kitchen, so it would be good to consider. For young people, it will be no problem at all. Above all, Anna, the host, is kind, thoughtful, and very nice. I always asked if I needed anything, and they gave me what I needed right away, so it was very comfortable to stay. It is highly recommended for those who stay in Assisi for a long time.

Renato’s place was very extraordinary. We had the entire villa to ourselves. Our 2 bedroom was perfect for our stay. Renato was a great host and was very helpful when we couldn’t find his place right away. He brought us delicious pastries on several occasions. We were in town for a wedding and the villa was not far from the venue. I would recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for some peace and quiet. It can accommodate several families at one time

This was the most magical place to call home while in Tuscany. Marco communicated really well from the beginning, and was available for any questions you may have had. The bathrooms were so clean, the kitchen was well stocked, there were enough pillows and blankets if you got cold and the air conditioning was perfect for those hot days and as a bonus the wifi worked really well. The swimming pool was only a few steps away and had a breathtaking view as well and was super clean. The sunsets were to die for on the front patio and they even provide a table with an umbrella if you want to dine outdoors. This place was so beautiful and felt like home, it was our favourite place in all of Italy.

We had a great stay at the Abbey. The natural surroundings are beautiful and it has a spectacular view of the lake. We enjoyed sitting outside under the olive trees and using the bbq area.

We had a very good time, everything matches the description and services offered. Everything was clean.

a good house on the ground floor with its own entrance and a view of the garden. Anna lives upstairs, she is the mother of the owner. You can park the car next to the house. It has a large garden, with mainly trees. There is a terrace around it with a garden seat and there are 2 sun loungers. You can hear a lot of birds in the garden, but the neighborhood dogs bark too. We have a dog ourselves, and found that you can not easily take a walk from the house. Then you really have to go out with the car. You are less than 10 minutes' drive from plan di massiano, the starting point of the minimetro. With that you can drive into Perugia. (It does close at 9 p.m.). At pian di massiano there is also a supermarket, and in San Marco too, which is closer.

We were very well received by Ilaria and her mother. The explanations were perfect and complete. Accommodation was as described, large, clean, quiet and well-equipped. The surrounding area is gorgeous. thanks for everything.

Fantastic place, very nice house, we stayed comfortably in 7 with 3 bathrooms, among other things, there are no problems... clean, tidy and very spacious house. The playroom was a huge hit, especially with my 4-year-old daughter, who would have stayed there all the time instead of coming around with us. Beautiful outdoor garden, with lots of games much loved by children and everything you need to eat and grill and in fact we took advantage of it. The hosts are extremely kind and helpful both with regard to the house and the advice they gave us on the surroundings to visit. If I had to go back there, we'd definitely like to go back to this house. Amazing!

By the famous lakeshore surrounded by nature and close to multiple known cities, including Perugia and Cortona. The host is a very friendly welcoming person and always responsive. A highly recommended place with a very special remarkable experience.

It is a tidy and cozy accommodation in a peaceful countryside. You can feel the host's sincerity in the house. But it was a little cold. I was satisfied with everything else.

What a wonderful stay. Perfect house for a family holiday with plenty of space for everyone. The house is beautiful and the beds all king size and comfy. The outdoor space and pool are perfect for relaxing after exploring the local area. Within easy reach of exploring the Tuscan gems of Siena and Montipluciano as well as lesser known villages such as spectacular Montone. Alessandro was so responsive and helpful providing recommendations for wine tours and a local chef. The local restaurant Mimmi is not to be missed - authentic home cooked food that was one of the best meals we ate - and the bar was set high. Thank you Alessandro for a wonderful and memorable stay.

We spent 8 nights in this beautiful cottage surrounded by olive trees, with a spectacular view and convenient to reach all points of interest in a short time! Raffaele was super helpful and gave us a lot of useful tips! We've never had such a kind host! Our vacation couldn't have been better! A piece of our heart is still there ❤️

Sara and her family were great hosts, very kind and just great people! Their place was better that we could even imagine. Every morning we could spot deer walking across the valley, pheasants with fluttering sounds...Everything was serene and breathtaking. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Sara's family was beyond hospitable and very responsive to any questions. I am already writing this review with sadness at how much we miss this one-of-a-kind experience.

Erica’s was the perfect home base. Erica provided snacks, coffee, cold drinks and, most impressively, home made olive oil! The accommodation was very spacious and clean, comfortable, and quiet. With all the amenities of home. I could not recommend Erica’s more.

We really enjoyed our stay here and the conveniences it provided as a home base to explore Umbria. Laura was extremely communicative. She was helpful in making arrangements to store our bags ahead of check in and she provided excellent restaurant recommendations. Her flat provided incredible views and was as described in the listing. It was in a central location in the center of Perugia, which made everything including the mini metro easily accessible. Do recommend!

The friendly host welcomed us and sent us photos to help us find our way. The host also prepared champagne, so it had a eaten vibe. The view is really nice, so it's healing even if you don't go out of the house and just stay in the house. Very highly recommended as a very cool place. We would love to come back in the future by making other vacation plans. Have a great vacation!

Is wonderful location out of the busy centre. Be prepared to walk up a lot of hills and stairs to explore the city after you get off the elevators or take a taxi up and walk down!

Great place to stay, traveling with my wife for a fair in Bastia, just a few minutes' drive away. Comfortable area with all amenities and private parking nearby. Great communication with the host, clean apartment, tidy with all the comforts. If I need to stay overnight in the area, I will definitely contact this property again! See you next time!

Accommodation as described. Right next to San Rufino, so in the heart of downtown, but very quiet at night because it leads to an inner courtyard. I recommend taking the parking lot recommended by Francesco because indoors and nearby, for only 10 euros per day. Large and livable terrace with chairs and sofa, beautiful view, sunset over Assisi and Santa Chiara incredible! Worth the price paid. Full kitchen with salt oil, etc. and Francesco is a kind and friendly person!
