Monthly Rentals in Guardea

My family and I stayed at the villa for 4 days. Maria Laura welcomed us by showing us the house and recommending places to visit during the stay. She was welcoming and immediately available for any request. The house is beautiful, equipped with every comfort, clean and well heated. From the garden you can admire Monte Terminillo in all its glory. The area is well sheltered and quiet, ideal for a relaxing vacation. We felt right at home and hope to be back soon.

Alice’s house is outstanding. We stayed as a couple with my father. We were greeted by Paola who although didn’t speak English we got by with my little bit of Italian and Google translate! The house was immaculate, tastefully decorated and extremely well equipped. A real home from home. The garden was an oasis of peace and had sun throughout the day. Lugnano itself is a lovely village though quiet at this time of the year ( May) The inhabitants are extremely friendly and happy to assist with your Italian 😁. There are some lovely restaurants and well stocked shops within walking distance. Also great wineries nearby which we really enjoyed. Overall a great stay in Lugnano enhanced by a beautiful property… I didn’t want to leave!

This place was absolutely incredible! The location was stunning, and if I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. Auske and Franco were fantastic hosts, communicating with us beforehand to ensure a smooth check-in. They met us upon arrival, gave us a warm welcome, and took the time to walk us through all the amazing features of the house. They truly thought of everything—from the ability to play music throughout the house to the thoughtful lighting design. The home has it all: a spa, a game room, and an outdoor grill with a spacious seating area. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the hot tub and cooking dinner afterward, which made the experience even more special. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and waking up to a sunrise was nothing short of magical. The surrounding wildlife added to the charm; we even saw a few donkeys and some adorable, friendly kittens. This truly is an amazing place; I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I hope to return someday!!!

Comfortable and clean house in the historic center of a wonderful village Umbro, ideal for relaxing a stone's throw from Rome in a cozy setting with everything you need to spend a few pleasant days away from the chaos... Comfortable bed, hot shower, alleys to explore, a great bar and a fantastic trattoria within walking distance! Quick and easy check-in.
