New cabin with high standards in quiet surroundings. Located at the end of a cabin field with no transit traffic, it's just as good for families as it is for the group of friends. There is a car road all the way up to the cabin throughout the year, and good parking. This is a perfect starting point for trips in Jotunheimen and the surrounding mountain areas. In winter, there is a cross-country ski trail just behind the cabin, and you can take on alpine skiing just outside the cabin door and run to the alpine resort. The cabin is beautifully located also for hunting, fishing and total relaxation.

One hour from Jotunheimen with 255 of Norway's 300 mountain peaks over 2000 meters. And if you want urban city life, it is fifteen minutes to drive to the charming village of Fagernes. Shop, restaurant and bakery within walking distance.

To Sjusjøen cross-country skiing 8 km drive, to Hafjell/Hunderfossen Adventure Park 30 min, and Sjusjøen alpine for families only 10 min. Lillehammer city center 15 mins. Evening and Sunday open grocery store Mesnali 3 min. Bed linen and towels can be rented and must be pre-booked - price NOK 250/£20/€25 per set. Feel free to bring your own. We offer sleigh rides and ski instruction on cross-country skiing in the winter, please contact us if you are interested.

There are five buildings on the farm that are from the 1800s. Sauefjøset was renovated in 2023 for rental. There are two double beds (150 cm) - one downstairs and one upstairs on the loft. The cottage is located on a small hill, where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the mountains. Modern furnishings with all amenities, such as fully integrated appliances in the kitchen, fire place, and heating in all floors. Wifi and TV. Beitostølen is a walking distance away with all its offers and opportunities. Great hiking terrain and in the immediate vicinity of the cottage. Pets are allowed.

Newly restored timber house. About 5 km from Lom towards Bøverdalen. We have tried to make the cabin a place for recreation with respect for the old building as it originally was. A new bathroom has been built. Quiet area and nice starting point for trips in Jotunheimen summer and winter.
