There is a car road all the way up to the cabin throughout the year, and good parking. This is a perfect starting point for trips in Jotunheimen and the surrounding mountain areas. In winter, there is a cross-country ski trail just behind the cabin, and you can take on alpine skiing just outside the cabin door and run to the alpine resort. The cabin is beautifully located also for hunting, fishing and total relaxation.

The farm produces milk and meat and is located in quiet surroundings with beautiful nature, wildlife and mountains. Simple and peaceful accommodation with a central location. Cabin for rent of about 50 m2. The place is majestically located in Nord-Aurdal municipality on top of Fødnesvegen. You get the feeling of being "alone in the whole world" despite 7 minutes to Fagernes town. Mindfulness. About 2.5 hours drive towards Valdres from Oslo. There is electricity and wood burning. There is one bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, dining room and bathroom with shower. There is a bio toilet inside the bathroom. Must walk 40 meters from the parking space to the cabin. New cabin built in 2023, with immediate proximity to Gålå Ski Resort, with alpine slopes and cross-country trails. 5-10 min walk to Høyt og Lavt Gålå (climbing park), alpine facilities, cross-country trails right outside the door and 5 min walk to Peer-Gynt play. This cabin is perfect for friends, families with children, and has 2 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms as well as a living room and kitchen. There are 3 double beds, 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed. Outside you have a lovely view from the terrace with a cozy fire pit and seating.

Simple cabin in Kjølastølen, Valdres

Simple cabin located 1100 meters above sea level in Valdres. It's at the top of the Kjølastølen hamlet and is perfect for one or two people who want a place to base for mountain activities. One room with sofa bed, table, kitchen counter with cooker. Heating with propane heater. The cabin has a sink with no running water, but it works for morning care etc with drains out of the cabin. There is no toilet, but guests can use the latrine 30m from the cabin. Toll Road (70 NOK) with private parking
