The kitchen is a cosy, small cottage that is best suited for couples, possibly with young children. It has its own patio with a screened terrace on one side and a small lawn on the other side. From the cabin you can see a mountain and fjord through a garden tunnel with operating buildings, but you don't need to go that far to get all the views you want! Beautifully situated log cabin 10 minutes by car from the centre of Lillehammer. There is a short distance to the Birkebeineren ski stadium which has a large network of hiking trails. 15 minutes drive to Nordseter and about 20 minutes drive to Sjusjøen with great hiking trails and ski slopes. Hoppbakken is only 3 minutes drive from the cabin with great views of the city. 5 minutes by car to the nearest grocery store. For alpine skiing you have Hafjell which is 25 minutes away and Kvitfjell 1 hour away.
