Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Guérande

We had a great stay in Larmor-Baden. The house is spacious in a very quiet and relaxing environment, not a sound, with a very soothing sea view. The shaded terrace is spacious and well-equipped, we are close to the village of Larmor-Baden.

A big thank you to Victoria and her partner for their warm welcome. We had an excellent weekend with eleven, including two children, spread over five. The rooms had been carefully prepared to meet our needs and the composition of the families. Well done for this attention! The mansion is located in a beautiful setting, in the countryside, while being close to Guérande and the salt marshes. The manor, well renovated, is very comfortable with quality amenities, including two high-end combined refrigerators. At the back, a large green space with two large tables allowed us to eat outside under the apple and plum trees. Two barbecues were also available. Thanks again to our hosts for their kindness and thoughtfulness. We would highly recommend it.

What can I say! Stephanie & Phillipes lodge is just perfect, well situated just 2 mins walk from the town centre and great restaurants. The lodge is very clean and has everything you would want. The pool is fabulous and cleaned and prepared every day by Phillipe. Stephanie and Phillipe are the perfect hosts, very responsive and very friendly. We cannot get over how much we enjoyed our stay and cannot recommend this place enough. It is perfect

We had a lovely stay at Catherine and Pascal's place. The house is nice and so is the garden. We were able to eat regularly in the garden. The accommodation is well equipped with games for the children. Pascal was very kind.

We spent 3 days at Fabienne's accommodation. It was a very good weekend. The accommodation is suitable for a family as well as for friends. It is intended to be able to rest, play games, eat outside. Fabienne is very responsive and we were able to communicate with her very easily. We recommend it for a weekend or even for a week.

A big thank you to the host for her kindness and flexibility: she allowed me to stay a little longer on the day of departure, which I really appreciated. An attention that makes all the difference. I would definitely recommend this place and won't hesitate to come back!

The accommodation is very well renovated, decorated with great taste and offers all the necessary comfort. The view of the port is magnificent, a real plus to fully enjoy the stay. The garage is also very nice. Only small downside: the apartment is located just above a bar, which can cause noise nuisance in the evening, especially on weekends. This can be a nuisance for people seeking peace and quiet.

An absolutely stunning classically, well thought out, French property! The house was stunning and attention to detail was second to none! We loved it here, the house is fully equipped and has gorgeous little touches. The host is extremely responsive on messages and via telephone, and if travelling from UK, which we were his English is fantastic. Jean-Christophe sent plenty of information to us before our arrival and made some recommendations too! Be careful when arriving at property if you are driving as if you take the wrong turning (the entrance to the place is in the front square) you have a long 10 minute drive to get all the way back around the one way system again! We did have to wait quite a while for the lady who met us at the property however it wasn’t a big issue, she was great and very helpful too! Absolutely recommend this place. Thanks Jean-Christophe

Very well located accommodation, nice shops in the upper town, great organic and biodynamic wine shop right next door, beautiful city and environment, helpful and welcoming population, perfect welcome with cafes etc, we will come back

Thomas communicated with us quickly, clearly and kindly and in the apartment we were able to feel at home for a week. The apartment is located in a lively environment with many good small restaurants and bars and the center of Nantes can be reached on foot, by bus, tram or bike in a few minutes. We bought the 7 day Nantes Pass and benefited a week from free public transport, free admission to museums etc. and many different activities. Highly recommend! We felt completely comfortable.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The apartment is right in the old town, so you can do everything on foot. You can park the car a little further away for free. We would book the apartment again. On Wednesday and Saturday, there is a very nice market right outside the door.

Classic house from the outside and very modern inside.. great decor and beautiful layout.. the view from the house and the garden are amazing.. can’t get enough of it! So peaceful and so relaxing.

We had a pleasant family weekend in this beautiful house. The house is spacious and in line with the description. The services offered (swimming pool, games room, jacuzzi...) delight both young and old. Thanks to Stéphane for hosting us and for being available. The house and its exterior are beautiful, and the location is perfect with a beautiful beach just a few meters away! Well-equipped accommodation, where everything invites you to rest and relax in the beautiful garden. Perfect for a beautiful weekend in the sun with friends.

What a beautiful home! Anne was very friendly & flexible with check in & responsive to our questions throughout our stay. We were 2 families with 4 children & the house was fantastic! It is in an ideal location for relaxing away from it all, whilst also being on the edge of a city with plenty of culture & restaurants at your fingertips. The supermarket is a 5 minute walk away, which was perfect for us as we ate many meals at home. The pool was warm, very clean & safe for children with a good design using stepped access. The house opens up to create a seamless transition from inside to outside-this was perfect for cooking/eating/playing in the pool and keeping an eye on everyone. The showers were hot and powerful and the blackout shutters were a dream for giving the children a long sleep!! The kitchen is well equipped and there is both washing machine & dryer. There is a lovely patisserie in Sautron that we walked to through the woods. What a relaxing stay we had-thanks Anne et Fabrice!

Impeccable townhouse, very good location to reach the port and shops on foot. Very bright living room. Short stay, no complaints.
