Bright, very spacious apartment with wonderful roof terrace, very centrally located. The city center is easy to reach and explore on foot. Shops/bakeries in the immediate vicinity. Spacious open kitchen with very good facilities, a large dining area and open living room. The terrace with its view is an absolute plus. The handover by Chantal was very friendly and smooth. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Our weekend went very well. The accommodation is ideally located. Everything is within walking distance. What seems a little more complicated to me is parking, the embankment is currently being redeveloped. I hope they have planned parking because it will be very complicated otherwise. On the other hand, the layout will be great for pedestrians and bikes.

Philippe's accommodation matches the description exactly. Easy access in a small quiet street. Nice decoration throughout the apartment. In the living room, a comfortable sofa and a large TV, top fiber Internet connection. Well-equipped kitchen area. The room is comfortable and well equipped. Note the electric roller shutters in the bedroom and living room. Clean and functional shower room. The small terrace at the back is very nice. Just 50 m from the apartment, a very nice little square with one of the best bakeries in Nantes (closed on Wednesdays). In the morning, you just have to open the apartment window to smell the delicious smells of the bakery. Go there with your eyes closed, everything is delicious, including the fresh sandwiches. The pastry is excellent. It was hot during my stay but Philippe's accommodation keeps the cool, very pleasant.

Second stay at Clémentine's. Apartment always as pleasant, relaxing and peaceful, while being close to all amenities (transport, shops, etc.). Great value for money

I was very well received by Karine and my stay went perfectly. The house, spacious and well-equipped, has a beautiful garden space with a shaded table and a large floor with three beds for the youngest. A fireplace with insert in the living room also allows you to enjoy a pleasant wood fire in the evening. The region will offer many walks for nature lovers, including a large wetland accessible in a few minutes on foot from the house: classified as a nature reserve, it is home to many species of birds easily observable (herons, snipe, egrets, swans, storks for the most massive...). I even had the chance to observe the flight of a little owl at nightfall, something that has become rare enough to be highlighted: the area is particularly preserved. Finally, a very nice cafe (in Brain) and a well-stocked grocery store (in La Chapelle de Brain) are a few minutes' drive away. Thank you Karine!

We had a wonderful time with friends in this over-equipped, clean, spacious and quiet house. The bedding is of good quality. Wonderful week in Arzon at Thierry and Véronique's. Listing as described, very clean and very functional. A few hundred yards from the village with all amenities , and the port crouesty and its beach a short drive away. Finally, the vacationers they want calm and breathing in the good Breton air must go through this unmissable step that the friendly Thierry and Véronique offer us. Thanks to them and we hope to see you soon.

We felt very comfortable. The cottage is as described. Very clean, has great amenities and is located in a quiet neighborhood. The terrace offers tranquility, as it cannot be seen by other people and, so to speak, in the middle of the countryside! So just have breakfast or sit in the evening and just relax. It makes you feel right at home. There are excursion tips and if you have any questions, our hosts responded within a few minutes. Exceptional good service! Thanks again. This central location allows you to be in Vannes in about 8 minutes and most excursion destinations can be reached in 20-30 minutes by car. This is just a secret tip and we will definitely be back next year. It was a very nice holiday!

The accommodation is very spacious, pleasantly decorated, well-equipped and perfectly suited to two couples in particular, each having the floor or the large bedroom on the ground floor. The terrace is appreciable and particularly easy to access. Abdelouahed was very welcoming, friendly and efficient. A nice stay.

We had a great time with the family in Jean and Yann's house. A cute little holiday home that feels like home, in the village of Batz sur mer and very close to the beach and great places we were able to discover by bike. A real little haven of peace that we'll happily return to. Yann welcomed us very warmly, thank you again!

Lovely 2 room apartment. Tastefully decorated. Very comfortable bed and great couch. Marie-Thé is very friendly and helpful. The bar downstairs didn't bother me at all and it closes at 8 pm. Highly recommended.

Clean and functional apartment. Close pier to Île aux Monines within walking distance, and 15 min from Vannes. Out of season for the pool, we couldn't test. Warm welcome to the residence, and thank you for the board game loan!

We are traveling as a couple to do the bike tour from Roscoff to Hendaye. The apartment is very well located, close to the canal. It is large with all the amenities. We had a great night. In addition, we were able to park our bikes safely. Everything was in line with our expectations and the host was very responsive and friendly.
