Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

With us, you will stay in a small cottage from the 1800s, with a large balcony and access to a garden. You can park on the property and if you want to work for a while, there is a functional workplace with Wi-Fi. Spacious living room with dining table and a generous sofa, a newly renovated kitchen that is fully equipped for all kinds of cooking, upstairs with bedroom and sleeping alcove.

Depending on the season, you can pick berries and mushrooms in the surrounding forest lands. Lillstugan offers glamping (a bit more luxurious than camping) at its best.

If you want to hike or cycle, Sotelden is close by and Ramsvikslandet Nature Reserve is 9.2 km away. To Nordens Ark it is 15 minutes by car, as well as to Kungshamn, Smögen & Bovallstrand. It is also close to Fjällbacka.

Its close to the ocean and in between you find a landscape typical for the region, raw, beautiful and surreal. This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Hjalmars Farm the Studio

The guest apartment is located in the barn at our farm in Stigfjorden Nature Reserve. You see the open landscape with fields and farms, behind mountains and forests to walk in. Nearest bath is 1 km. The silence is significant even during the summer period. To Skärhamn 12 km, Pilane Art 8 km and to Sundsby manor 7 km. Hus på 44kvm med möjlighet att bo fem personer. Huset är vackert beläget med utsikt över ängar och berg. Framför huset finns en stor gräsmatta som kan användas för lekar och andra aktiviteter. Det är fem minuters promenad till havet och i viken finns en eka som man får låna. På ön finns en fiskaffär och restaurang, också den fem minuters promenad från huset. Naturen på ön är mångskiftande med öppet hav och klippor i väst, små jordbruk och skog mitt på ön.

Mysig stuga i vår trädgård i natursköna Kärlingesund - nära salta bad och lugna vatten lämpliga för paddling eller Stand Up Paddling. Nära fina vandringsleder som till exempel Kuststigen. Avslappnad miljö och ändå nära hotspots som Lysekil, Skaftö, Fiskebäckskil och Grundsund. Obs: Stugan är till uthyrning endast för två gäster utan barn.
