Monthly Rentals in Gulval

Amazing place to stay - had the best time! We arrived by public transport/walking, with no car so had a big hill to climb but absolutely worth it. A lovely place to chill out, have brunch in the garden, put on a fire at night. Very comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

Paul was full of helpful information and very patient with us after a delay in getting to the property. It is located in a beautiful area and is very comfortable as a home base for touring the surroundings. They were great host.

A lovely couple of nights stay in Penzance. Instructions and communication were very good. We ate out (there were lots of very good restaurants and cafes) so we didn't use the kitchen facilities. The tea, coffee and milk provided were welcome after a long trip. The layout of the flat was very good and we loved the artwork. The location was great with the town, train and bus station all walkable.

We stayed in Marie and Sams apartment whilst walking a section of the South West Coast Path from St Ives to the Lizard in September 23. The apartment is in an excellent location enabling us to use public transport for five out of the six walking days with a 15 minute walk to Penzance bus station. The apartment was very well equipped and in a quiet location with secure parking. A 5 minute walk to a main supermarket and a 7 minute walk to the local pub which serves food 7 days a week. There’s a stream running by the house which is very soothing to listen to. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would certainly stay here again as we thoroughly enjoy our week here.
