Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

The lovingly furnished apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a large living room with glass sliding door to the 40 sqm south-facing balcony with loungers and lounge. One large bedroom with double bed, another room with French bed (140 cm wide) + a sofa bed make the apartment perfect for families. The lake shore is only about a 3-minute walk away. A carport for bicycles is available. The parking space is right in front of the house.

Unsere Wohnung liegt direkt am wunderschönen Uferpark und der belebten Promenade. Sie befindet sich in idealer Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Innenstadt, direkt am Bodenseeradweg. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, Bahnhof, Busbahnhof, Bäckereien, Restaurants, Apotheken etc. sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Zur Messe sind es 4 km. Mit privatem PKW-Stellplatz, abschließbarem Fahrradkeller und Klimaanlage. Schnelles Internet und NETFLIX.

Holiday cottage on the sunny slope with beautiful views. After a short but somewhat steep walk to the bungalow, you can enjoy the view of the Alpstein with our local mountain, the Säntis, on a cozy terrace. There are many walking and hiking opportunities directly from the house. Please note: From the parking lot, it is about 100 m on foot relatively steep up the hill to the beautifully located bungalow on the edge of the forest.

Our beloved family country house welcomes you! The old house, which we have lovingly and completely renovated from an ecological point of view, is located opposite a beautiful vantage point with an old oak tree over the lake. It is only a 5-minute walk from the historic old town. The cozy accommodation is wonderfully quiet with an idyllic view of the vineyards in the middle of a beautiful, natural garden.
