Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Halkidiki

I had a nice stay for one night, but it'd be great to stay for longer if you worked remote or had things to do in the area. The place looks like the photos, is quite big, and has everything you'd need. The hosts were very responsive and positive to deal with.

We had a great time in the house of Periklis and his wife. The house is beautiful, the terrace, the garden and the private access to the water sensational. In the preseason, not everything was open all around, but we were looking for and found exactly that and the peace and quiet associated with it. We thank you for the hospitality we received! The place was exactly as described, we felt like home and our dog loved the yard. If you want a relaxing and peaceful area this is the place for you. Savvas is an amazing host, he really invested a lot in the house and the garden, everything looked amazing and well kept. A few tips for the future guests: - you will need a car to move around - the beach is 10-15 minutes away by foot depeding how fast you walk - there are 2 restaurants close to the house which you can reach by foot (i totally recommend to eat at Captain) - there are also a few beach bars close to the house if you don’t want to explore more by car - there is no supermarket which you can reach by foot - if you go with your dog and walk around the area, be careful because there are some big stray dogs and i don’t know how friendly they are with other strange dogs :)

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful retreat for families. The spacious outdoor area is beautifully green, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The neighborhood is very calm, adding to the overall tranquility of the experience. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but they are cozy and comfortable, which worked well for our family. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind in a serene environment

Kosta is ana amazing host and if you like to have an amazing beachfront experience then this is the spot. The host provided beach towels an chairs for us to use. You will experience the most Unforgettable sunset at night on the porch of that house. Loved the vintage charm of this house an Kosta has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. We immediately felt comfortable, great view from the two balconies - also good sun protection through awnings. Just down the stairs, already in the sea! Apartment already large, everything there and super clean. We will be happy to come back.

We had a lovely stay in Villa Melina. The location is very peaceful and a perfect base to explore the Peninsula. The Villa itself is a great size and beautifully presented (the pictures do not do it justice). There are plenty of seating areas and the pool is the perfect place to cool off. Michales was very welcoming to us and had some great tips! Thank you again!

The peculiarity was accommodation at the turn of years. I searched for a place by the sea, with a fireplace, to feel at home. For my expectations it was exactly what I was looking for. I think summer is a nice place too. We communicated very well with the host, he provided me with wood, I don't think you will need this in the summer :) I frequently visit accommodations with fireplaces and I know that the owners offer only a few wood, for the atmosphere. This was not the case here. Anyway we had a bag with wood in the trunk, brought from Romania :)) The place is well equipped, the place is welcoming, a lot of wood and stone. It was a pleasant experience for us.

Our stay was very nice. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. There was a great breakfast, which was included in the price. The service was great. The apartment was very well maintained, clean and tastefully decorated. The pool was great too.

Amazing value for money. The flat is reasonably well located and with Giannis' instructions very easy to find. Has all the amenities you need for a couple or more people and there are a few places to eat and drink within walking distance as well as supermarkets. Giannis is a crindly guy who was very forgiving when I inadvertently broke part of the shower fitting and was always contactable if we needed anything. 10/10 would stay again

First of all, the view was fantastic, and we had quick access to what I think was the nicest part of the beach in the city. The appartement had everything we could need and the living room was spacious and decorated nicely. The bedrooms were tiny but cozy and comfortable. We used the aircon in the living room to cool the whole appartement at night. Dimitris was a lovely host and greeted us kindly even though we couldn't give him a time of arrival in advance. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful condo! Best view for sunset! Good area near beach and easy to drive to other areas from. We loved it and would stay again. Very attentive host. Had a cleaning midway on 6 day stay that was nice. ❤️

The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the wonderful Latoura Beach. Communication was great, the apartment is very clean, has a great balcony and has many useful things you need for a beach vacation (such as umbrella, beach towels, beach ball set etc.) The bed is comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped. Absolutely recommended!

perfect holiday location and house. Beach in reach for 5 min by walk. Some parts of the beach has beach bars, other areas are for you to place your own umbrella. PERFECT 😉 the host is great! garden is great !! We can really recommend for others and we would be very happy to stay another time.

The place was in a very good location, about 10-15min walk from the best beach in the area (Karydi beach), right next to the grocery store and restaurants. As it was on the main street it wasn’t always super quiet, but at least everything was nearby. All the quieter areas were farther away from the beaches, cafes and shops. And the main street is not too busy, so it was all good. The house and yard offered enough privacy so that whatever was happening on the street didn’t bother us too much. The place was also super clean and roomy enough for 3-5 people. Yard was also well kept. The house was equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals and feel like at home. Isavella also gave us excellent tips on what to visit and where to eat nearby.

We had a lovely stay, the accommodation was well equipped and clean. Lamprini's paintings were lovely. we appreciated the warm scones and fresh fruit! The location was private and peaceful.

This place is absolutely amazing and the location cannot be better. Pasquales was great and helping us get this set up. He was great with all the information about where to go and what to do. Some great tips. The folks next-door at the beach bar were also great and helped reserve us some great seats each day. The water and the beach were perfect. One of the best things is that the house was only a few Steps to the beach and allowrd us to have some very relaxing time when the kids wanted to take a break Pascuelas, did not disappoint—house was extremely clean, phenominal view!! Short walk to everything Lastly, huge thank you for boosting the car the day we left . Very nice place to spend a holiday with children. House right above the beach with a playground and a very big green garden. Spyros is very communicative and helpful host. I hope we will come back here someday :)

Stratos and Ioanna were truly some of the friendliest and most helpful people I’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and at home. Their place is spotlessly clean and in pristine condition—you can really tell how much love and care they’ve put into it. The location in the village of Mesimeri is perfect: close to beautiful beaches and with easy access to shopping areas. The neighborhood is very safe and peaceful, and we felt completely at ease letting our teenagers explore on their own. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Great house, it had all we needed for us and our 1 year old, great view. You will need to use the car if you want to go places but it offer a quiet place in order to relax.

The villa is great, very comfortable and clean. There are utensils and cooking facilities for many people, everything has been thought of with attention to detail. We were 10 adults for the New Year celebration, it was very sunny, calm and beautiful! The yard, barbecue and pool are superb. There is a peaceful large terrace with a view of the sunset. Thanks Chrisa for making us feel wonderful these 3 days!
