The rooms of Nick are well equiped and comfortable. The balkony is great for having a drink in the evening or breakfast in the morning. Nick was a perfect host. We would come again.

Nikos, sein Vater und seine Mutter waren sehr nett, freundlich, entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit. Bei Ankunft und bei Abfahrt hatten wir eine lokale, hausgemachte Spezialität der Mutter bekommen. Sehr lecker! Der Vater hat uns immer mal wieder Gemüse und Früchte aus dem riesigen Garten gegeben. Frische grüne, reife Feigen durften wir jederzeit von Baum pflücken. Die Unterkunft war super, so wie auf den Bildern und Film. Wir haben täglich draußen auf der Terrasse unter dem Olivenbaum gegessen, sofern wir nicht im Restaurant waren, und genossen die fabelhafte Aussicht über die Bucht/Strand/Insel und Meer. Der Weg zum Strand ging abwärts. Bei mir waren es 300 Schritte und dann noch mal 100 vom Rand des Besitzes rauf zur Terrasse. Da es nur etwa 10-12 Privathäuser entlang diesen Strandes auf gut 1 km gibt, ist er schön leer und man hat seine Ruhe. Temperaturen lagen mit 33-39 Grad C dieses Jahr wohl besonders hoch. Eine volle Empfehlung!!!

Wir hatten leider nur 3 Tage Zeit und wollten vor allem Kassandra und Sithonia erkunden. Hierfür war die Lage der Unterkunft ideal. Die Matratzen waren schön hart, so wie wir es lieben. Die Nächte waren himmlisch leise (aber man darf sich am Kühlschrank im Raum nicht stören). Das Bad ist geräumig und sauber. Wir waren viel unterwegs und haben die Küche nicht benutzt. Leider auch nicht den Balkon., von dem aus man wunderschön auf Olivenbäume schaut. Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor der Wohnanlage. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had an amazing time at Kosta’s apartment! The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking ,waking up to the sound of the waves was unforgettable. The apartment is modern yet keeps the authentic Greek charm, which made our stay feel both comfortable and unique. Kosta was very responsive and helpful, and his family are incredibly kind and polite ,it made the whole experience even more special. The apartment was spotless, and you can literally swim right in front of it. There’s also a beach bar and several food options just 5–10 minutes away. Everything was exactly like in the pictures, if not better. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended – 100%! Thank you, Kosta, for everything!

A view to die for. Peaceful and the most fantastic view and sounds from the sea. Really nice house, everything is working and spotless and you live on the big fantastic terrace. There is also lots of space inside. We cooked a lot in the kitchen with everything you need. 2 min. drive to a lovely beach and we did lots of hiking to the church at the top of the Mountain - you are all alone and walk during the most beautiful olive grove. We could have stayed for weeks - the place is really good for your soul ♥️ But the most important is Niki and her husbond. The most welcoming couple who care for you. They spoil you with goodies from their kitchen and they want to help with everything. Fantastic people. If you do not speak Greek, then bring your electronic translator and it works perfect. The lovely daughter Anna is also helpful in english. Finally - it is the best AirBnB We have stayed in during our year travel.

The apartment is in a perfect location—just a few minutes’ walk from the center! It was spotlessly clean, and everything was very nice and comfortable. Arjan is a great host—always responsive and extremely helpful. He gave us great local recommendations and replied to our requests immediately. A very friendly and lovely family! We stayed as two friends, but the apartment is spacious and comfortable enough for a family or a group of 4–6 people. We’ll definitely recommend it to our friends visiting Neos Marmaras. A wonderful experience—we truly felt at home!

A « La luna » nous sommes plus dans un hôtel que dans un AirBnB mais sincèrement dans le meilleur sens du terme. J’appellerai plutôt cela un hôtel familial. Service impeccable, chaleureux et bienveillant. Propreté impeccable et renouvelée pour le bien-être des résidents. Localisation impeccable, tous les points intéressants de Neos Marmaras à distance pédestre. Les propriétaires des lieux sont adorables. Theodosios, le fils, nous a accueillie avec des sourires, des conseils/recommandations et une visite détaillée malgré l’heure tardive de notre arrivée. Tout au long du séjour, nous croisons un ou des visage(s) souriant(s), qui s’intéresse(nt) à nos ressentis et nous donne toujours plus de conseils. A la fin de notre séjour, nous sommes de nouveau entourés de chaleur et de douceur. Nous avons eu le plaisir de dormir dans la Blue Suite. The location is great, easy to find, and around you can find absolutely everything you need. Flexible check in and Nadia was very nice to help us with everything we needed. The apartment is comfortable and the view from the terrace is absolutely wonderful. For those who have a more sensitive sleep, right next door is a bar where you can hear music until the night, but for us it wasn’t a problem. Highly recommend! 🩵

Πάρα πολύ ωραίο σπίτι, όλα ανακαινισμενα, η αυλή όλα τα λεφτά!!! Επίσης ήταν πολύ καθαρό, και περιείχε όλα τα απαραίτητα. Η οικοδέσποινα μας είχε φτιαξει και μπισκότα για το καλωσόρισμα και μας ειχε αφήσει και αναψυκτικά! Πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή και δίπλα υπήρχε μίνι μάρκετ. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful retreat for families. Locuința este amplasată într-o zona liniștită și verde cu o curte generoasă , foarte aproape de Suni Marina , de plaja Suni Beach și de plaja Simantro Beach. Casa este mai mică decât în poze și necesită întreținere și îmbunătățiri.

Kosta is ana amazing host and if you like to have an amazing beachfront experience then this is the spot. The host provided beach towels an chairs for us to use. You will experience the most Unforgettable sunset at night on the porch of that house. Loved the vintage charm of this house an Kosta has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. Wir waren eine Woche in Giannis Unterkunft und haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Apartment ist bestens ausgestattet für einen einwöchigen entspannten Urlaub. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in 2 Minuten erreicht. Giannis ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber und wir würden definitiv wieder kommen!

Alles in allem ist Vasilis Unterkunft ein paradiesisches Plätzchen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, mit direktem Strandzugang, Liegen , Liegestühle, SUPs. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Der Garten ist traumhaft und war für unsere Kinder der totale Abenteuerplatz. Es gibt tolle Tavernen, die man mit dem Auto in nur wenigen Minuten erreichen kann. Abends kann man wunderbar auf der Terrasse/dem Balkon den Tag ausklingen lassen und anschließend mit dem Wellenrauschen in den Ohren einschlafen. Vasilis ist ein toller Gastgeber, der uns bereits vor der Abreise mit Tipps versorgt hat und auch auf Fragen während des Aufenthalts schnell geantwortet hat. Danke Vasilis, wir kommen wieder!

Marios place was great. It was very clean and the balcony was amazing with a great view. He gave us instructions on where we can eat and go to the beach which are all spot on. Also for the visitors don’t forget to see his bar at the Center it was amazing. With Marios it was easy to communicate and if we needed anything he was able to provide it. Definitely 5/5 and we recommend his place.

Nous vous avons passé un agréable séjour, l’endroit est très paisible et magnifique. avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Nous étions à trois minutes de la plage à pied. Il y a de quoi ce restaurer à cinq minutes de l’appartement. Nous étions à 30 minutes (ville thessalonique ) une voisine adorable qui nous a préparé des spécialités grecques incroyablement bon je remercie Maria. Je vous conseille fortement ce Airbnb. Nous avons pu voir des jeunes jouer au foot avec des grandes box, ce qui était Inhabituel, pour nous mais surtout drôle. C’était notre tout premier voyage et si ce serait à refaire. Nous en serons ravis. Je remercie Monsieur Pantelis pour son attention, sa patience, nous avons eu énormément de retard il nous a attendu jusqu’à notre arrivée. N’hésitez pas, l’endroit est magnifique. Ce fut un agréable séjour en Grèce.

The apartment is in a great location in the west part of the city. Very clean, and it has all the amenities you may need. It comes with a parking spot for those who may rent a car. Highly recommended!

Dimitris apartment had everything we needed. it's very close to the beach and many good restaurants and supermarket. ita also close to public transport. Dimitri was very responsive and answered any questions we had.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber-Familie. Unterkunft wie beschrieben. Tolles Grundstück mit Olivenbäumen und einem sehr gepflegten Pool. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Man muss nur die Strasse überqueren und kann direkt im Meer baden. Zum Einkaufen oder für Restaurantbesuche braucht man ein Auto. Überdachter Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück.

Βρήκαμε πολύ εύκολα την τοποθεσία. Η Βασιλική ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική, καθώς μας ετοίμασε το σπίτι και μπήκαμε νωρίτερα από τη συμφωνημένη ώρα επειδή φτάσαμε νωρίτερα. Το σπίτι πολύ όμορφο, άνετο και περιποιημένο. Μείναμε 8 ημέρες και νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά σε επόμενη επίσκεψή μας στη Θεσσαλονική! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα!

Wir verbrachten mitte bis Ende September2024 einen herrlichen Urlaub in Argiris Unterkunft. Mit Wetterglück noch spätsommerlich🏖️☀️☀️ Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer und ist über eine Treppe direkt mit dem Strand verbunden. Bei ruhigem Meer können mit dem 2er Kajak die nahgelegenen Buchten erkundet werden 😃. Es ist ein zentraler Ausgangspunkt um die Chalkidiki Region zu erkunden. Sehr saubere, eifach eingerichtete Appartements abseits vom Massentourismus. Ca. 15 min. Von Nikiti entfernt.
