Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Beautiful and private guest house by the water. Well separated from the main house, this guest house is located with Genevadsån river running along the house. The house is newly renovated and surrounded by a large sunny patio where you can spend the day and evening. If you want to warm up in the evening, you can swim or light a fire in the barbecue hut Nearby is a swimming jetty in Antorpa lake and Mästocka lake as well as nature reserves in Bökeberg and Bölarp. 10 minutes away by car is Veinge where you will find a pizzeria, grocery store, kiosk and outdoor swimming area.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in the middle of the Bjäre Peninsula. Here it is close to both nature and golf course. The holiday metropolises of Båstad and Torekov are nearby. Something that stands out is the large patio with the possibility to sit in three different directions. A large lawn invites you to play and play. In the cottage, there is a fresh sauna and charging box where you can charge your electric car (cost price). Towels, bed linens and cleaning are not included but can be arranged (contact the host for price).

By the sea on Trönningenäs, Varberg

Detached guest house with sea view on Trönningenäs (Norra Näs) along the coast 7 km north of Varberg. 8 km from E6, exit 55. The house is fully equipped and sleeps 4. Here, you live near the sea with a swimming beach (400 meters) and hiking areas along the coast and in the forest. Popular place for windsurfing. - Varberg's center (7 km) can be reached in 15 minutes by car, 30 minutes by bicycle. The Kattegattsleden bike trail is 2 km from the house. - Ullared shopping, 35 km. - Gothenburg /Liseberg amusement park, 75 km. Train from Vbg C, 40 min.

Farmhouse in Laholm's old town center with the river next to it

The farmhouse is located in the middle of Laholm's older neighborhood, Gamleby. Here you live a stone's throw from the charming Hästtorget. Through the gate from the garden there is close access to the river Lagan which is a popular spot for salmon fishing. The guesthouse is located on the back of our house and is equipped with a separate smaller kitchen with dining area, bathroom, living room part and sleeping areas for four. A smaller patio is available next to the property. Close to sea, lake, forest, ski resort and Bjärehalvön.

Newly built house near the sea

Stay comfortably in this nice accommodation, completed in the spring of 2023. From the accommodation, you can see magically beautiful sunsets. The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

Here you live secluded, calm and beautiful by the coast outside Halmstad. Hike, bike, eat well, play golf or just cozy up by the fireplace! Ringenäs golf course, Hallandsleden and Prins Bertils Stig around the corner. 1500 meters to Ringenäs and Frösakull's wonderful sandy beach and 4.5 km to Tylösand. New kitchen and bathroom, fireplace, garden and large terrace with barbecue, lounge furniture and sunbeds. Bicycles are available to borrow. 15-minute drive to Stora Torg in Halmstad. If you want to get to the sea, there are several nice beaches within a 15 minute drive. Breakfast can be booked the night before.

Stranden är bara rakt nerför gatan. Perfekta platsen för sommar semestern!! Väldigt familjevänligt!! Slutstädning ska göras av gäst innan utcheckning. Lägenheten lämnas i samma skick som när man kom. Kan bara acceptera veckovis bokningar mellan 26/7-9/8 incheckning söndag.
